This property was amazing! Coming for my 23rd birthday, a stay like this was just what I needed. Lauren was quick to come by when we were having trouble with the WiFi and she fixed it quickly. This stay is definitely an ideal spot for Nashville, not too far from anything.

The owner was great! Our group was able to get an early check-in, the house had a wonderful welcome basket and a list of helpful tips and places to visit/eat. The location was perfect for our group, only a short Uber ride to Broadway. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. We would definitely stay here again!

I am so happy I found this place. Lauren is so nice and professional. This is the first time in a long time that I have booked a place and when you walk in it is so clean. When I say clean I mean clean. The only thing that I really didn’t like was the location and that is because a lot of the activities were downtown . But other than that I will definitely recommend renting this location. Did I forget to mention how clean the house was also well stocked with snacks. I will definitely rent here again!!!

Clean, new, very spacious, well-appointed, and convenient to many parts of Nashville. Need to know: This is built as a multi-level townhouse. The bedrooms are on the second, third, and fourth levels, so if you have mobility issues this might not be your place. We were there with 8 adults and four children ages 7 to 15, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Kitchen and bathrooms were excellent, and there were plenty of linens and towels. Would 100% stay again!

This was our first trip to Nashville and we had a wonderful time. The house was in a perfect location for us - quiet neighborhood but close enough to all the places we wanted to see. One of those places (Centennial Park and the Parthenon), was a 3 minute walk. We made breakfast at home everyday and the kitchen had everything we needed and two choices for making coffee. The beds were very comfortable and private. If steps are an issue for you then this lovely home is not an option. Our hosts, Lauren and Jen, were wonderful and always replied quickly. We would stay here again.

I stayed here with 7 girlfriends for my bachelorette trip and it was absolutely perfect! The house was so clean, set up so cute and the host was responsive and super helpful with anything we needed! The location was a quick Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend this house if you have a group of people coming to Nashville and will definitely stay here again! :)

The property was great! We were here for our sons wedding. We rented this unit and had fiends rent the one beside us. The location is close to pretty much everything.
The only thing I didn’t realize is that the Master bedroom had 2 queen beds instead of a King bed. We made it work. The property was fantastic and Lauren was super easy to work with.

This was a beautiful house close in close proximity to Vandy and all the fun spots in Nashville. The house was immaculately kept and the beds were super comfy!! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This house is beautiful! 12 of us stayed here for a work convention in downtown NASH. There was plenty of sleeping room and the beds are so comfortable! The location is just a short uber ride and we enjoyed getting away from the hustle of Broadway between our meetings.
Lauren was so responsive and accommodating before, during and after our stay.
The guests before us had broken the coffee pot and another was quickly delivered after we arrived.
The house was very clean, we had plenty of towels and wash clothes and the face clothes were so luxurious I'm ordering some for myself to use at home. Definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed the beautiful townhouse. It was very comfortable and spacious for the 6 of us. We liked that it was so quiet at night for a good's night rest. We enjoyed eating at the large kitchen table and sitting together in the living room area. Very clean and comfortable!

We rented this home for 3 nights and had our adult children and their spouses staying. We had a blast! The house is gorgeous! So very well equipped with plenty of towels, trash bags, etc. The owner even left bottles of water, cans of coke and snacks for us! The area is beautiful! It’s great to walk around Centennial Park. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Lauren for letting us stay in your beautiful place!

We had the best weekend here for my sister's bachelorette party! The house was even bigger than we thought from the photos, really beautiful, and very well kept! It was close to everything we wanted to do - quick uber to Broadway, great bar nearby (The Local) with live music, was even nice to stroll to and through Centennial Park on our last day. Check in/out was super easy and all instructions straightforward and Lauren was super responsive throughout the trip. Would recommend again and again!

WOW! What a gorgeous place! Lauren was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire booking process, the duration of our stay, and even during our check-out! This house was great for a girls trip, well stocked, and taken care of. The central location made it easy for getting around town. The house has a good amount of stairs so be mindful with what luggage you bring. Would definitely stay here again!

All 5 stars except the place could have been a little cleaner in some places. Seemed some of the artwork from the walls was removed leaving marks, tape etc but that didn't affect our stay at all

Stayed here for a bachelorette with 10 girls! The property was super clean, spacious & everything we wanted for a girls trip in Nashville. Lauren was very accommodating and quick in responding to all of our messages. Location was quiet and safe! Highly recommend this beautiful property for any large groups coming to Nash!

Girls' Weekend Away
We loved everything about our stay! There were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 8 women. The kitchen was well stocked and beautiful. It was a short ride away from downtown and super close to several restaurants in the West End. Lauren was a great host and communication was seamless.

Property was awesome!! Very Clean and very NICE!! They made it very easy to enjoy Nashville with having startup supplies for the unit. We were there celebrating my daughters 21st Bday with family and friends. I would recommend this place for any group.

I had 10 people staying for my daughters college graduation, the place was centrally located, clean, lots of room and very organized.
