RUSTIC COTTAGE ON LAKEFRONT
Questo cottage rustico gode di una fantastica posizione fronte mare a Osoyoos. Privato 100 piedi fronte spiaggia è l'ideale per lo sci d'acqua, il nuoto e l'abbronzatura. Barbecue, tavoli da picnic e tavoli all'aperto sul prato. Include frigorifero, microonde, TV via cavo, wifi, fornitura completa di bicchieri, piatti, posate e tutto ciò che è necessario per sentirsi a casa. Biancheria da letto e asciugamani personali non inclusi. Il noleggio settimanale è preferito e riceverà priorità nella prenotazione, da domenica a domenica.

I have camped in Osoyoos since a child and knew this area well. Altho the inside of the house needs some fixing (no screen on patio door to let the air in etc), the outside is what we came for and this property didn't disappoint. The backyard was relaxing and our dog loved playing in the yard and the water, as did we. We came to relax and did just that. We thoroughly enjoyed the setting and the area was quiet and will be back.

The beach is great, quiet right on lake.
It's an older somewhat delapidated1/2 duplex but all in all, fair pricing for the accomodation.
Things that could be improved are fixing/replacing the microwave and providing a toaster.
Overall a good experience and host was very responsive.

The property is located right in the beach with beautiful views. Large lawn area. Great location, close to town. The unit was clean and all amenities functioned. The furniture was a bit dated, but kind of fit with the cottage vibe. A nice experience overall.

The reason you rent this property is for the backyard...beautiful soft grass and a little sandy beach that leads right into the warm lake. I've been in Osoyoos every summer for the past 48 years, and this might be the nicest spot we've been at. This alone makes this VRBO worth it!
The house AC works which is the most important thing. The cleanliness needs a bit of work, and I would recommend to bring some of your own kitchen items (pans, utensils, cups etc.) The bed is only a full/double, so I brought my own foamie, and have no complaints about the sleeping situation. The bathroom is a full bath and the living room has a nice small TV that we hooked our Apple TV to with no problem.
Overall, this review is meant to be positive and not a complaint at all...just pointing out a few things that could be improved. However, I will definitely book this place again. So glad they allow dogs - perfect backyard set up for our big dog!

Location, Location, Location - Grass lawn leading into the lake is where our group and our dog spent most of our time; reading and drinking wine in the sun, listening to the waves lap the shores and staring out at the vista across the lake.
Bedding and sleeping situation needs improvement, and would suggest folks bring air mattresses and own bedding. Property says 6 could sleep but realistically this is at most 4. Other than that, everything in the kitchen worked great, BBQ & modern TV too. A/C worked and cooled main room down, ceiling fans also worked to keep it cool.
Met the property owners who reside in the other half of duplex and were very nice and accommodating.
Looking forward to coming back!

Great location, property old, needs repair and good cleaning. Could not use garage for storage as was communicated my owner. Patio door not working well. Missing basics like toilet paper , bowls, towels, tea towels.

The location was perfect. Building is older but in great shape. Private access to the beach and dock. Amazing views!! The property manager checked in to make sure we were good. Scott and Leah were super helpful and friendly. We will absolutely be booking this place every year going forward!!

Nice backyard, private beach area, a dock for swimming and buoys if you have a boat. We literally walked out to our boat everyday. The buoys are about 40’ off the shore in waist deep warm water and sandy bottom. Saw about a dozen 18” fat carp in 3’ of water off the beach. The home is older but very comfortable with everything you need and the air conditioning works great. Highly recommend this home. We’ve already spoken to Scott about booking for next summer.

Just perfect place to stay in waterfront with family and friends!

great yard and beach
Unfortunately we were there during construction right next door. Had we come at a different time then our stay would have been perfect. The yard is great for the kids and puppy, suite equipped with all necessities, and minutes to town.
We will go again.
