This location was a perfect place for my friends and I while we celebrated a bachelor party! The home was spacious, comfortable, and most importantly clean. The location was great as well because it was just a quick Uber or scooter ride to many different Nashville locations like Broadway and music row but the neighborhood that the home is in itself is quiet, which is much needed after all the excitement the city provides. The rental came with complimentary wine which was also a very welcomed gift. The entire rental process was smooth and all the workers I talked to were professional and helpful the whole time. When we decide to return to Nashville, we will definitely look to find another Playlist Property to stay in!

Seven of us stayed at the property and we all agreed it was FANTASTIC!! It was super spacious and very comfortable! Roof top area is outstanding!
Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping (Gulch) and about a 5 minute Uber to the downtown area (Broadway) Would highly recommend!

The house was great, but it would only comfortably sleep 8-9 guests, not 12 advertised. The actual beds in the bedrooms were comfortable but the couch bed and rollaway were in bad condition with super thin and stained mattresses. All the walls in the house needed repainted as there were a million scuff marks on almost every wall. The house was mainly clean but there were some areas under tables on the 2nd floor that didnt get swept, so there were crumbs left behind. It was in great walking distance of the Gulch, but a bit of a hike to get to Broadway, we did not go towards Music Row as we were there for CMA Fest.

Hawkins View truly is in a great location. Easy walk to the Gulch and Music Row. Easy drive or uber to everything else. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, we felt safe and at home. Check in and check out were a breeze.The property was sufficiently clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pot & pans, and thanks for coffee! It would have been nice to have some pantry staples like spray oil, zip lock bags, foil, plastic wrap. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of pillows, linens and towels. There's good privacy and the bedrooms are quiet.The property is starting to show wear, it could use a deep clean and some maintenance. Grout in the showers needs attention. Floors would benefit from thorough cleaning and finishing. All of the light bulbs were burnt out in the dining room chandelier. The ceiling fan fixture in the lower suite flickers and the ceiling fan in the living room makes a clacking noise from being out of balance. A few of the chairs in the living room and dining room have torn upholstery. The fireplace didn't work. The grill (which we had planned to use after a trip to the farmers market) was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy, broken, not safe, unusable. If you're going to advertise fireplaces and grills they need to be functional.

Group of 11 of us stayed here for my husband's birthday. The location was perfect! The property wasn't the best quality - scuffed walls, broken chair in living room, but the towels/bedding were clean. Rooftop hangout was fun! Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property for a fun winter weekend in Nashville with 10 people. Rooms and beds were great. Kitchen was awesome to hang out at the island. Having access to the garage was great with the cold weather. Its a beautiful place. The living room could use a little better seating for the number of people and a sectional would even provide sleeping space for a couple people. But everything was great here.

property is beautiful, house was magnificent, only downfall is there are several stairs to get to each level, not a problem for us but anyone having issue with going up or down stairs it might be, but if no issues with srairs this is the place to be, close to the Gulch, plenty of room for everyone. would certainly stay here again.

The property was great for our family! Modern and plenty of space. The neighborhood was quiet but close to bars and restaurants. We would stay again.

This was a great 4 bedroom unit with a rooftop deck a big kitchen with a large dining table as well as plenty of space for everyone in the living room. The decor was modern and nice. If I were to make two suggestions, it would be to 1. offer more bedrooms with larger beds. There is room. 2. Also, the floating stairs were warped and a bit tricky to navigate. I'd replace the stair treads.

Great location. Nice neighborhood. Felt very safe and comfortable walking, which we did every day. The Gulch bar and restaurant area was about a 10 minute walk and about 25 minutes to main Broadway area. Closest grocery store is an organic (and expensive) one - about a 10 minute walk. Mainstream grocery store was about an 8 minute Uber ride.
Property management was very good to deal with and always responded to messages and questions.
Property itself was very spacious for our group of 8. It is a great place to come back to. We enjoyed the rooftop deck for a wind down after an evening out. Our only suggestion for the management group is that the living room furniture and definitely the rooftop deck furniture are not over comfortable.
I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

The house is absolutely gorgeous. Needed a little better cleaning (ceiling fans in all rooms) but overall a beautiful property. I would maybe supply guest with additional cookware, and cooking utensils plus new grill utensils. Still was able to make do with what’s there. It was a great house for 3-4 day stays. Supplied enough bathroom tissue, soaps and kitchen products for cleaning. We will definitely rent this property again.

Needs an overall cleaning, it was a bit dusty with dust bunnies and spider webs. I was disappointed with cleanliness.
Had to call maintenance to come empty both trash bins and again to clean dryer vent due to excessive throwing breaker. Both times came out in timely manner.
Nice unit just needs some deep cleaning and fresh paint.

I was sitting on the front steps with 8+ pieces of luggage - waiting for the rest of my party - two hours before check in time. Without expecting it, the property manager came, let me in early, and even helped me carry in the luggage! It's a beautiful place, easy to take UBER to Broadway (Gulch neighborhood great too). Roof top balcony wonderful!
Only thing I'd suggest is to clean the baseboards around the floors - like in bathrooms esp - otherwise everything great!

Great place to stay, quiet neighborhood, a little further from Broadway than we’d hoped for but all in all, nice house, spacious!
The only thing I’d complain about is, we wished there was Saran Wrap, foil, or larger Tupperware to store our leftovers. Such a minor detail but still wanted to make mention of it! Overall…😊😊😊😊

The property is very nice. The house was accurately described and was as good as the photos showed. The location is a short walk to some nice restaurants in the Gulch which is very nice. It was the perfect spot to come back to at the end of the day and hangout.

Location is great, I would just recommend up grading the sleeper sofa as it’s not equipped for an adult and very uncomfortable. There were small ants on the counter tops. These are minor issues and I would definitely stay there again.

Large property. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Three groups drove, so having a garage and long driveway was beneficial. My son and wife flew. Airport was 15-20 minutes away.
Edgeville is next to The Gulch which has great restaurants. Walk thru The Gulch and you get to Broadway. We did take an Uber a couple of times and it was $8-11.
I would have given this property, five stars for everything, but they did have a problem with foundation ants in the first floor bedroom. And the stairs looked fabulous, but a few of them had warped, and they just felt a little unsafe.

Spent three days in Nashville and property was great space and location. We could walk to the Gulch area and even walked to Broadway. Kitchen space was great and included all amentities. Bedrooms were well equipped. Upstairs deck was nice way to enjoy fresh air and evenings. Property was as described. All new appliances. Great parking onsite.
