The loft is a great place to spend a few days. It is centrally located in GS. Perfect for a walk to restaurants and shops. The outside space is perfect for sitting and having a drink/smoke and unwind.

It's nice to medicate without prejudice! Walking distance for everything. It's so close to the mineral pool & hot springs. We are going back in sept

The property and management was excellent and for a couple looking for a reomantic get away the loft was perfect.

We LOVED this loft. A perfect location and so cute and cozy. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Walking distance to lots of shops , restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend this place the only downfall would be I think the place smells like cigarettes but I guess that's what you get when you book a smoke friendly place. We would come back to stay here and the owners were very accommodating.

It was very cute and comfortable loft. Had a great little outside deck area to hang out on. Great location to all restaurants and shopping.

This was a cute place right downtown. The patio was awesome. Walk to restaurants, shops, park, hot springs and not to far of a walk to the gondola to go up to the amusement park. We had a great time and was left with a little gift when we arrived. 24 hour parking was also a few blocks away too but a lot next to the building for short term parking to unload. Perfect spot for staying in Glenwood. The host was very nice and responds to messages quickly. 😁😁😁

First of all - Great location! The parking was a concern in the beginning. However, I spoke to a parking ticket officer who happened to be in the area. She said that overnight or long-term parking behind "Smoke" (which is also right to the "Slope & Hatch") is absolutely fine.

Really had a fun stay at the 420 loft. Great host, great location, fun amenities!

For those seeking a great apartment near the downtown area of Glenwood Springs, this is a great choice. Fully appointed with a really cool 2nd floor patio overlooking the Colorado River!

The location was great and being 420 friendly was the main reason we stayed here. The owner gave a free joint so that was a nice surprise. We had a few issues however, the shower rod fell down, the water in the shower dripped all day and night. (Thank god for ear plugs.) The bathroom door doesn’t lock so there wasn’t privacy. The front door doesn’t have a curtain but it would’ve been nice for added privacy and to keep the room a little darker. There was pee on the back of the toilet. (Not from us.) lastly the fireplace cover fell off while we attempted to turn it on. Everything being in walking distance was a great feature for sure, if these things were adjusted/fixed we would consider coming again. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it was just a little overpriced for what you get. Thanks

We arrived on one of the hottest days there in ages and had an issue with the air conditioning leaking lots of water. All of this was resolved with a call to the property manager and we were good to go. An issue of safety that would be an easy fix is to put a lock on the door to the loft from the patio that matches the code to the door on the street.
