Came down for a mom’s getaway. The room was very nice with up to date amenities and clean. The pools were nice and relaxing. The adult pool was a perk. Property manager was amazing and very helpful and communicative. Check in process was easy. Will def book here for a future stay. 5⭐️

My wife, myself and my brother stayed here, my sister lives in Las Vegas and my other sister and her husband came over from California. They didn't get to see the property but my brother, my wife and myself thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We used the pool area a couple of times and had a great time.

Stayed a full week in Vegas which allowed us to do everything we wanted and still had time to relax.
Check-in went exactly as our host had described.
Our two bedroom two bath suite was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a full kitchen with all appliances and even clothes washer/drier.
Pool areas were large with some pools open 24/7.
Parking was not an issue.
There was a shuttle to the strip but we just walked, it only took 10 to 15 minutes.
Top Golf was literally across the street and the F1 Grand Prix Plaza was directly across the other street.
As non smokers we were ecstatic to not have to walk through smoky casinos and only noticed two small and empty smoking sections outside.

No complaints what so ever. Very convenient to the airport. Energy of the resort is respectful and restful. Didn’t feel like we were on college spring break…. Which as a bunch of 40 year old moms just trying to have a break from the kids, was perfect. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. It is a little ways off the strip, so we took lots of Ubers and did lots of walking. Next time will probably rent a car as parking on the resort is free and we found our selves venturing away from the strip most days anyway.

I booked this property for a last minute stay to get away from the cold winter storms that were approaching my area. I was not disappointed. It was everything as stated. The room was cozy, plenty of space for my guests. I will say the on site property people themselves are quite aggressive with trying to "give you free tickets" but as long as you are firm with where stand on things they will leave you alone.
We were pleased and will be booking here again in the future.

Accurate information and good communication from the owner. The property is in a good location, convenient to the strip and highways. The high-pressure tactics of the timeshare property was pretty annoying, but I’d still stay there again.

The owner didn't have room for me at this resort, so they put us up in their other Wyndam property: The Wyndam Desert Blue which is our FAVORITE place to stay in Vegas. Its close to the strip but not on it, its beautiful, clean, peaceful, and the suite is fit for a king! You'll be lucky if you get to stay here!

I love wyndham timeshare properties. This unit was a two bedroom. Everything was as advertised. We had a party of 7. Our 9 year old created a fort and chose to sleep in there while the adults fit comfortably in the various beds (1 king, 2 doubles, a sofabed) having a full kitchen was definitely a lifesaver since noone ever seems to be hungry at the same time!
Check in was a breeze, I was offered (not hassled) a timeshare presentation which i declined. I never heard about it again.
Overall an excellent 3 days in las vegas. Thank you!

This condo was PERFECT for our family of 4!!! It was like staying at a Hotel but with a Home Comforts!! The Resort will take care of any of your needs and offer activities for the kids!! Such a nice surprise!!
The Resort is just off the strip, so about a 15 minute walk. We didn't use the shuttle as we spent most of our time in downtown Las Vegas.
We will definitely be coming back here!

Enjoyed our stay, everything was as described. The free shuttle to the strip was very convenient except that it would have been nice if it ran later. Even so it’s only $10 Uber from the strip or a 15min walk.
Room was clean and we all found the beds to be very comfortable. Pools were large and it was nice having the adults only pool option as we were all adults.

This place was awesome. Located near the strip with 24 hour access to the pool and gym. I really enjoyed the extra amenities the resort had to offer like their Margarita Mondays. Would def want to stay here again.

Great location
Property was in a great location. We had two adjoining rooms which worked out perfectly for the 7 of us. The one-room did have some dirty dishes and utensils in it which was a little off-putting. Would stay there again.

Great place!
I really enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and clean and affordable with all of us to split the cost. The "Master" bedroom had a beautiful walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub that worked wonderfully after a long day of walking on the strip. Saved money on an Uber by being close enough to the strip to walk. Lots of easy available parking too. Would definitely recommend .
