Just as in the photos. Best value for money. Would have happily paid more. The family is great. Very helpful. Food was excellent and some of the best we had in Vietnam. Good vegetarian options. They arranged pickup up from the airport and drop off to Hoi An for a fee. Got laundry done.

Not a dislike but a few improvements such as a shelf in shower to put soap shampoo etc. A mirror in the bedroom would have been nice.

Loved our stay. Family were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very big! We had a slight issue with air con but it was resolved extremely quickly. Breakfast is basic but fits our needs and for such great value. Used the pool too which was clean and nice. Location was great. Away from the main town but only a short walk. Rented scooters easily too.

Sunbeds not super comfy and pillows too but nothing to ruin a stay

Sauberes, grosszügiges Zimmer, bequeme Matratze, gute Dusche mit Abgrenzung zum restlichen Badezimmer, Schrank für Kleiderablage, Wasserkocher, Badetücher, Zahnbürste, Shampoo, Dusch, sauberer Pool. Die gesamte Familie und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und ich würde zu 100% wieder dieses Hotel wählen. Das zugehörige Restaurant wo es auch das Frühstück gibt, war auch sehr gut. Menüs sind lecker und wurden immer frisch zubereitet. Portionen waren gross und der Preis günstig. Ich wurde sogar vom Dorfzentrum (Bus Drop-off) abgeholt und auch wieder zu meinem Bus hingefahren. Ich wurde richtig verwöhnt mit Kleinigkeiten, die ich sehr schätzte und bin den Gastgebern dankbar für den schönen Aufenthalt in Phong Nha.

The location by the river is splendid, but as it was rainy or overcast for most of our time we could not appreciate that or the nice large pool properly. The room was large with a huge bathroom. The owners were friendly and responsive and their driver took us to Dong Hoi rail station for a good price at the end. They were expecting a new litter of puppies any day, but unfortunately this had not happened by the time we left!

Driver rates within the Phong Nha area are a little high as there are no taxis.

very lovely family run place. very helpful with all of the excursions to phong nha caves and national park. fantastic value for money and let us check in at 2am for no extra cost. Would 100% recommend and come again if we return.
