This place had everything!!! Everything we thought we would need was already there and the snacks and beverages was a plus!!! Super clean, large TVs in every room, and the beds was very comfortable. The towels in the bathroom was super absorbent, literally in one wipe the water was gone!!! I got to get me some of those towels 😍❤️❤️

We had such a wonderful time! The house was stocked with everything we needed! After those wild nights on Broadway we couldn’t wait to come back and lay in our super cozy beds!! My whole group agreed that was the best place we have stayed in Nashville by far!
We would 100% be back again!!
The host was super easy to communicate with and extremely helpful! It made planning a bachelorette weekend so much easier! Thanks again for our great stay!

What a terrific place to stay in Nashville. The property was just as pictured. The home was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Just make sure everyone in your group can manage stairs. The main level is a comfortable meeting area. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. One recommendation from my group - the bedrooms could use luggage stands like those found in hotels. There is no easy way to work out of a suitcase. There is closet space but no drawers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Nashville! The location was perfect for college tours at Vanderbilt and Belmont, and was also a quick drive to the sites in downtown Nashville. The host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. The home was well stocked with any amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable (shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.). Parking was super easy in the garage. Would highly recommend it for anyone needing a place to stay while in Nashville!

The home is just as shown in pictures..the beds will make your think you're sleeping on clouds there as workers outside working and you can't even hear until waking up is how good I slept waking up fully refreshed and the home is equipped with everything on every floor that you need my family and I really enjoyed our stay and the host was available and very accommodating to my needs

Perfect!! Perfect location, and perfect size for our family of 9. We had the best time and very much enjoyed our stay here. We had plenty enough space for everyone, and amenities to enjoy. Area seemed very safe, and we had no issues with ubering to and from. Very short trip from downtown. Only downfall is the stairs, but it’s Nashville, there are stairs EVERYWHERE! 😂 Will definitely keep this place in mind for the next visit!

The Host was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Response was quick. The home is Beautiful! It had everything we needed. She even sent us a new game to play from Target and some extra skillets. We were very pleased. I recommend this property and will stay here again.

We visit Nashville 2 to 3 times year and every visit we stay at one of Lauren's properties. The level of hospitality and detail to attention is impeccable. Thanks again for another great vacation .

The place is very cute and felt open and bright. It felt fancy yet comfortable. The master bathroom was very spacious and it was great to have a big shower, tub, close door toilet and closet if needed.
My main compliment is the management personnel. Communication was easy. We were stuck in the unexpected storm with plane cancellations and delays. We also had people flying in early on the front end. They worked with us on both fronts and were so understanding and accommodating. With the stress of the storm, their prompt response and kindness took a lot of weight off our shoulders. You definitely don’t always get that response from rentals so it is very appreciated when you do. And for that reason alone, this is a good option for you to stay with them.

Came to Nashville for a wedding and brought a crew including two grandchildren. Plenty of space, really well equipped and quiet. Owners were great and communicated very well. Great place to stay, made for a great experience.

Our condo was absolutely amazing. The host Lauren was very accommodating and our check in and out couldn’t have been easier. Clean, large and fit our group of 10 easily with room to spare. This is the place to book. Short and cheap Uber ride to Broadway

My two sisters, myself, and three first cousins all grew up together. Now we’re all around 70 and came to Lauren’s VRBO. She responds immediately to questions and even came over to fix something. She offered lots of local suggestions. The place was perfect for our family! Beautifully decorated, love the colors, great floor plan, and plenty of paper goods, shower toiletries and soaps. She even left snacks and soft drinks for us. It was all an excellent experience!!

Our stay was very nice. The checkout process was the best. Also, the host left wonderful snacks and beverages for us to enjoy upon our arrival. Even though our internet was out, the host did everything possible to get the problem fixed.

This property is perfect for a stay in Nashville! My wife and two daughters used this condo as homebase for getting our freshman. Daughter moved into Belmont University. Very convenient to both Belmont and Vanderbilt and a short drive downtown. We also enjoyed walking down to the Parthenon, which is only two blocks away. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, and the refrigerator had some welcome beverages waiting for us! Jenn and Lauren are great communicators. The place was spotless. We will definitely stay here again in the next several years!

We give this place and the owners 10 stars! This place is a great location, the house is huge and amazing and all the little extras they do for you made my daughters bachelorette party the best. We will definitely book with them when we come back to Nashville. This place was above and beyond our expectations!

The house was great, lots of space and very clean. Love the proximity to everything and the check in process was easy and our host was very communicative with us. Recommend for a business trip, vacation or a great nashville getaway. Coffee was provided with some cold beverages. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

This property is in a great location. Close enough to all things happening in busy Nashville but also provided a quiet retreat when needed. Very clean space and owner was fantastic with communication/responsiveness. Highly recommend.

This house could not have been more perfect for our group. With 12 people total, we never ran out of space and had enough beds for all of us. The property was very clean and well maintained. It was a short 10-15 Uber or drive every where we needed to go, including downtown on Broadway. Lauren was quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had. Would definitely recommend this home for your future stay!

This place was perfect for our group of 8. Everyone had a separate room and comfortable for everyone. The place was clean welcoming and well appointed. Close enough to Broadway that ride shares were easy to get quickly and not terribly expensive.

We stayed here for my daughters 21st birthday. We had a variety of ages from my aunt 74 to my youngest daughter 17. The house is well kept and beautifully decorated. It does have several flights of stairs but each level accommodates the ranges of guest. The owner quickly answered any questions when we checked in. I would highly recommend staying in the property while staying in Nashville.

We are a group of sisters, daughters/nieces and “honorary sisters and nieces” we travel biennially.
The space was spacious and lovely.
We had an issue with the internet access, but the owner/manager showed up the next day and resolved the issue and was incredibly gracious and accommodating.
Well- recommended for large group.
