Size of the apartment is just enough for a couple. Location of the apartment is excellent - very close to the beach, shops and restaurants but whole neighbourhood is very calm. Whole complex is very well maintained and if you feel super lazy you have a swimming pool just few steps from the apartment. Parking is very easy on the street and you can find a free spot just in front of the building or 50-100 metres maximum from the apartment. If you don't rent a car, there is a bus stop with services to Puerto del Carmen, Playa Blanca, Arrecife and airport just about 400 metres from the apartment. I appreciate we could check-in early as we had morning arrival.

Well... although everything about the apartment and communication with the owner was excellent I was quite surprised (in negative way) that there were no soap in the bathroom and their "just one roll of toilet paper" policy was ridiculous - it means you are provided just one roll of toilet paper for whole stay. Finally we were so generous that we bought a pack of toilet paper and we left there two more rolls for future guests and we also bought a big bottle of liquid soap so guests can wash their hands... Extra costs of maximum 2 EUR but this is the detail where people don't have to write stupid comments like I have just done.

Good location, near to the airport, everything that you need available by foot without the stressing hardcore inner-city-tourist-location stress. Small apartment that suits well for staying a few days. Could combine my work & train week well.

The apartment might be too small for some people needing a little more space than me. The kitchen might get equipped a little bit better. The pool was sadly not heated (which I had hoped for).

The apartment was very basic but functional. The location is quiet. Nice pool area. Vicky was lovely and helpful and brought us extra coathangers, thank you.

We felt a few more items added would be helpful. Larger mugs, plastic glasses for the pool, spare bin bags and some cleaning items etc. The bedding was not spotless, a few hairs and marks on the sheets and it was well worn. Everything was fine but we found it very basic. We realise Covid might hold restrictions but a few more home comforts would be gratefully received

Quite area, the local resturants were so friendly booked taxi whenever we asked. Sammys bar great crew. If u didnt want to sit in resturant they would bring food to you in sammys bar. 😊😊😊😊😊

😁Beautiful place to stay quite location, short walk to local shop, resturant music every night after nine. Good distances from purto de carmen depending on mobilty walk to centre 35 minutrs. Bus stop 5mins walk. Pool was prefect. Beach 5 min walk.
