My friends and I had a great time staying at this rental during our time in Nashville! The third story living area was the perfect place for all of us to hangout before going downtown. Ubers were easy to find and not too expensive! I definitely recommend this listing if you’re a big group looking to have a good time during your stay in Nashville!

House was great. Our party shrunk a bit from my original booking down to 13. There was beds for everyone and more to spare. Well stocked with towels and other essentials. Communication was good with the owner. A little vague on the check out procedures but we just tidied up and threw a load of towels in the wash. Location was great. Ubers downtown were cheap as we were only a couple miles away. Airport uber was 15-20 minute ride and around $20. Cool game room with ping pong table on the 3rd floor where we spent most of our downtime. Nice kitchen and dining room if you want to prepare your own meals. Not sure about pots and pans and such as we never ate in. Publix was couple miles down the street and a quick mart within walking distance. All in all a perfect setup for us.

While at a concert downtown (which we took an Uber to) our house was broken into. All key fobs were in the house, they stole 3 of our cars, multiple laptops and other valuables. This particular house has been hit at least 3 times that we know of. This is an issue not just for this house but for multiple properties around Nashville! Thieves are very familiar with which homes are vacation homes. Spend the extra money and rent a hotel with added security! Between filing claims, getting rental cars, filing police reports and now dealing with insurance I would gladly pay the extra cost for a hotel with security! BEWARE!

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelor party last weekend July 29-31. Overall, the house suited our group veery well and was great for a large group. There were plenty of bed arrangements and also tables for games. It was clean and overall a good spot. However, we were enjoying the town and Nashville but unfortunately Saturday night the house was broken into and quite a bit of our stuff was stolen (car keys, laptops, rental cars etc..). It was a very unfortunate end to what otherwise was a great trip. VRBO should require the owner adjust security on the home.

Great set up and great location

We had 6- 20 somethings and 8 more "mature" folks. The "youngsters stayed in the penthouse and loved having their own space. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms were fantastic. Living room could use more seating. Loved the location. Easy Uber/Lyft rides around town.

I highly recommend this place. The house was spacious, fit large groups as there was 11 of us. Every room had their own bathroom attached or beside, 3 floors, a beautiful wrap around deck on the 2nd floor, big beautiful kitchen. Close enough to downtown that the guys often road scooters to and from downtown. Would use this rental again at our next Nashville trip and highly recommend to others travelling with large groups. We had zero issues/complaints with our stay.

My family group of 16 had a wonderful time at this house in Nashville! We were there for a wedding and it was close to downtown the wedding venues, and the universities. Great parking, fully stocked with everything you need and an excellent host who was flexible with check in time and communication. We would quite happily stay there again!

We really enjoyed staying here! Plenty of room for everyone and a great location! The couch is a sleeper sofa and so the cushions keep sinking down making it not real comfortable but that was the only thing that could be improved and even that was a small thing. Frank was amazing and took care of any minor things. We really enjoyed staying here for our Christmas with family in Nashville!

Great spacious house with plenty of nice bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space for 8 adults! We definitely would recommend it for other groups!

We had a family gather with my children from different parts of the country meeting. We checked in Friday, got settled in @5:00 PM. We’re waiting for the rest of the family to arrival when the attached unit guest knocked on our door @10:00 PM. They told us they got robbed while they were upstairs getting changed. They took purses, keys, and stole 2 cars. Apparently this has happened before according to the guest who were burglarized. They worked with police . We did not see anything but did hear a loud bang. When they stole the cars the apparently they hit part of the building. That put us on guard and was unnerving for the remainder of our stay. I do not know anymore details but it was disturbing to say the least. We had family and grandchildren with us………. that being said the property facilities/house was awesome for our family. Lots of space to gather and eat together. Each family had they’re own bedroom and bathroom. The grandchildren could go to bed and we stayed on the lower level and played games without waking the children. (Bring your own baby monitors). There is lots of kitchen space to cook and for all to gather to pray and eat. The kitchen could be a bit more furnished ie there was no electric skillet or any spatula to turn eggs or pancakes, measuring cups and a few more drinking dinner cups, etc. Minor stuff but nice to have. Also, there was no information sheet on who to contact or procedures for arrival or departure. I am old school not internet savvy. Loved the facility minus the burglary. It is a distance from “everything Nashville “. You must have a car or Uber to get to attractions. We totally enjoyed our family gathering.

Had 15 family members to celebrate my daughters 21 birthday. The house was accommodating 3 floors, 3 levels youngest stayed on third floor. We had 2 90 year old grandmothers with us they were able to stay on the main level and the master bedroom with her grandparents. It was a fun time. When we needed something Frank took care of it quickly.

The house had ample space to gather as a large group and to comfortably sleep 15 adults with plenty of space to add more. We loved having 5 bathrooms! Location made it easy to get to the airport and downtown with short drives. Minor issues were dealt with immediately by Frank and resolved to customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to book this house again in the future!

Enjoyed the stay. Close by downtown Nashville. Beds were too hard, few kitchen supplies were missing. Overall a great place, plenty of room for big group.

We rented this property to be home base for a family reunion. We hosted two dinners at the home and the huge open kitchen was plenty of space for this. The kitchen was well stocked and I particularly appreciated the wealth of left over supplies like paper towels and napkins. The upstairs bonus room was awesome for the kids and the newly added ping pong table was a giant hit. Frank was super helpful and very prompt getting back to me with questions prior to arrival. Parking was plentiful for our large group. Thanks for a great stay!!!

House was nice and roomy and well equipped. Pull out twins were broken and filthy. Frank responded quickly . Located on busy street so noisy for light sleepers

The property is everything that it is advertised. We had 10 friends stay in the house and felt comfortable with the multiple beds and five bathrooms. The manager was responsive to our request and everything was as promised. A true five star experience!

Family of 10 spent a weekend at Frank's place during Vandy's graduation weekend. The house was well equipped and provided everything we needed. Plenty of towels and extra bed linens. Parking was adequate and overall we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended and would book again.

The large Penthouse was amazing! We had 15-20 ladies ages 24-60, the separate rooms and levels we’re a huge plus . All slept comfortably. So much space, large kitchen area. Beds, Cots and couches all comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels. Close to grocery and liquor store. Short uber ride to Broadway/Midtown/Gulch. Space for parking was nice as we had a few cars. Frank was very responsive with questions before hand as well! Honestly, great location, very clean, and thrilled with our stay there!

Overall our stay was great. However, this is not a "Brand new home". My guess is that it at least 5 or so years old. Fairly well stocked with supplies. I would suggest to owner to install TV's in each bedroom considering the daily rental price. TV's don't cost very much these days. Either VRBO or owner failed to send check-in instructions and it took a call to VRBO and then 2 calls to the owner to get the door code. Also never received check-out instructions. I had to call owner again.

We came in with a party of 12 people, and were surprised to find or should I say not find 6 bedrooms. I contacted the owner and he came to the house and explained that he had another propert only 3 minutes away that had 7 bedrooms. He showed us the other house and offered it to us to accommodate our group. Both houses are similarly appointed with comfortable, fashionable and modern furniture. Both houses were clearly constructed in the last 5 years or so, and not just with builder grade materials. I’d absolutely stay in either house again in the future.

We stayed from Thursday-Sunday in January 2019. The home was clean and very spacious. Frank was very prompt with a couple of last minute requests. Would recommend without hesitation.

This property was very nice and I would definitely recommend it. It's location and amenities were perfect for our large group.

Enjoyed with our family over Thanksgiving. Very convenient to downtown and 12South area. Very clean and all the amenities you need!!
