The homeowner is really nice and friendly. The bed is very comfortable. The air conditioning is sufficiently cold as well.

There is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which seems to be a persistent odor of sweaty feet. The towels also have a noticeable odor. They also didn't provide a toothbrush.
