room was rather small and an odd layout. I am used to small rooms in hotels in Hk but being surprised at the rates in Hk on this first visit for 4 years (for obvious reasons) I was slightly disappointed at the space. While there were two single beds (not really too much of a problem) there were two issues with this. They were on different levels and at 90 degrees to each other. Just seems an odd layout. Also there was a footboard on the one away from the window which restricted those of us with tall bodies slightly. The hotel did provide me with a work desk which i requested.

Check in was a bit 'mechanistic' and lacking in any real warmth, English perhaps rather limited but acceptable. I just felt the hotel feel short of what it could have delivered generally. The location is a 10 min walk to the metro and not an issue only when it rains. Taxis are not exactly queueing up outside and one could be unlucky and wait for 15 mins in busy times.

Upon arrival we were kindly given a free room upgrade by one of the very patient and helpful receptionists. Our room was super clean, we had a beautiful view from our room. Rooms are exactly like shown in pictures. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and bright due to it's big windows. The staff was very friendly and offered room service, fresh towels and water everyday,plus they cleaned the floor everyday. Super clean! Exceptional price/value rate for Hongkong! Everything you might need is close by or easily accessible via MTR or bus.

The hotel and the rooms are very modern and comfortable. It is also nice to have free water and tea at the room all the time. Wifi is super fast and all in all it is a great place for business travellers.

Service could be better and the staff could be far more friendlier! Ordering food and being forced to pick it up at the reception desk is an absolut No Go.
