Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Bett bequem und die Dusche sehr gut (heißes Wasser). Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und der Poolbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten ist sauber und bequem. Wir konnten uns vor unserem Weiterflug hier sehr gut ausruhen.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht ganz so leicht zu finden (kein Schild, nur große Garagentore). Der Eingangsbereich ist eine Garage, in der tatsächlich Autos & Roller parken, sowie Betten, Matratzen & Müll gelagert wird. Bei uns im Zimmer war die Klobrille defekt, ein draufsetzen war kaum möglich. Zudem konnte die Balkontür nicht abgeschlossen werden, so hat das gesamte Haus über den Balkon Zugang (für eine Nacht kein Problem). Ein bisschen sauberer könnte es sein. Saubere Handtücher gab es nur auf Nachfrage und die Decke im Doppelbett ist nur für eine Person gewesen.

There is great potential here but there is work to be done. Like for example in my room the toilet seat is the wrong one. It does not fit. When you sit on it the lid hits your back from behind lol. Thing is it’s not a big job, it’s not an expensive job but it’s one of those things that annoys customers.

The staff were super excellent and helpful (at one point when the wifi broke down, the staff came to repair it at 11:15pm). The manager as well as the rest of the staff are a delight to be around. The breakfast was good. The room was great. Clean, neat and well stocked.

We have stayed there a couple of times. The room is nice and comfortable. The staff is accommodating and always available to assist. Rooms are large and privacy is good as the downstairs rooms have a mini garden. The location is convenient and there are a couple of food outlets nearby for all kinds of foods (approx 1 KM from the main road and this is where you can find these outlets) which is good. Both onsite and offsite parking is available.

If they can add a mini fridge to the room, that could be great.

Beautiful nook located in a calm and lush neighborhood, the property is tastefully decorated, welcoming and well maintained. We had a very pleasant stay and the team was attentive to our requests.

This large townhouse has a beautiful setup that felt like home immediately. Well looked after by the friendly caretaker, anything we requested was attended to promptly. We were able to prepare meals for our toddler in the well appointed kitchen, and enjoyed a dip in the pool to refresh from the heat.

Great property located near two urban wetland parks that I visited with a local guide on my second morning in Colombo. The villa is spacious, rooms well appointed and the staff were super helpful with all of my requests. Would definitely recommend as a landing pad after arriving in Colombo / or on your departure route.

Great location in a quiet environment managed by a brilliant team that made our stay enjoyable. A huge thank you to Mahinda and Milianda who are very helpful and catered to all our needs.

A beautiful villa at a good location near to Colombo. Very good service, spacious modern rooms, lovely pool. Absolutely worth while. Would defenitely recommend.

Amazing overall but just put some shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom next time!

We stayed only a night before leaving Sri Lanka. And we really enjoyed calm accomodation with beautiful swiming pool and really cleaned room! Perfect for us :-)

Location is worse, we couldn´t find a good place to eat srilankan food (there were many abroad cuisines that we didn´t want) but it doesn´t matter when you want to stay just one night.
