No free bottle of wine in the executive rooms anymore, and no breakfast in the executive lounge.

Everything. The staff, food, service!!! Everything was amazing.

Везде обман, даже в пятизвездочном отеле. Заселилась в отель перед отлетом с Коломбо на пол суток платив полные. На ресепшен с меня списали сразу и стоимость номера и еще и депозит в размере ~200 долларов, хотя на ресепшен говорили, что депозит заморозится и при выселении будут доступны. Я остановились на срок менее суток , обращаю еще раз внимание, в других отелях при таком сроке вообще депозит не берут. Каково было мое удивление, вернувшись в Россию обнаружить, что депозит был не заморожен а списан. Написала в отель, с вопросом почему списано 2 раза и где деньги, получила ответ , что они отправили деньги в их местный банк и они мне придут только в течение 14 дней. То есть , если бы я не увидела и не написала, просто списали 2 раза и все. В целом, почему я останавливаюсь на пол суток, а мои деньги должны где-то гулять 2 недели не понятно . Будте внимательны в этом отеле.

Very clean and fantastic restaurants.

The newer staff were not equipped to handle the guests. Were slow and confused

The friendliness of staff. Facilities inside premises. Felt very safe to roam around the premises at any time of the day.

There was a water leak in the shower which they fixed as soon as reported. Also we got interconnected rooms which was quite noisy

Breakfast was good and plentiful

1 the bathroom was a bit constricted 2. The a la Carter service at the coffee shop was reluctant, slow and when requested was unable to provide mustard and gave us raita instead 3. We had to tell the manager that, as we were on the executive floor, we were entitled to a discount on food. He should have given it automatically.

We stayed on the 9th floor and butler service was exceptional. The restaurants were very good and the executive lounge with the high tea and evening drinks was a nice bonus.

The room service quality was poor. We ended up ordering from the restaurants. But the room service quality needs a lot of work. We had a work around by ordering from the restaurants.

The property was excellent

The staff were helpful and very friendly. The welcome drink was a nice touch after a day of travelling. The beds were comfy! The buffet breakfast had so many choices, it was great!

Good restaurants and facilities.

Out rooms were given to someone else without any communication. We had to complain to get the rooms we paid for. Service was not to expectation initially.

I loved the staff and the facility.

Unfortunately on two different occasions I was given incorrect values on my invoice.

the location was good. breakfast was a great spread. I was offered an extra bed for free but I declined.

The room didn’t look anything like what booking.com posts. I got a very dated, tired room. Was promised a shower and bath but only had a bath. The hotel tried to charge me extra tax even though it was already included in my rate. I had to spend half an hour getting that sorted. So checkin took nearly an hour. After a 16 hour flight- not ideal at all!! Also the hotel was far too busy. Very crowded with loads of noisy groups all over the lobby.

Great hotel.

Amazing staff, many restaurants to choose from, large room with comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast.

Wi-Fi had poor coverage and low bandwidth, I had issues with stuttering video during meetings.

Great location close to all other major hotels and city centre. The hotel offers multiple restaurants with choices of many cuisines. Excellent spread of selections in breakfast and dinner buffets. Lounge facility is available for rest after checking out.

Over crowding at times in the buffet restaurants and in lobby areas. The room was very compact in size.

I have write to this. No sound proof for the rooms. People staying next to my room make noises in the middle of the night. at about 1.00 am. I called night duty manager twice. first time when I called nothing happened. but second time after 30 minutes I rang and then they stopped screaming inside their room. If you pay so much and if you cannot have a good sleep due to poor room qualities I do not recommend this hotel to any one.

The property was very clean, it had loads of toiletries. We felt very safe due to security at the entrance. Huge hotel with loads to do and see.
