The breakfast buffet is large. What I found excellent that no other hotel does is that they call you and tell you to come and have the buffet before it closes. The staff are very good and the service is great.

The hotel is very well located with easy access to many places of interest. The premium rooms are very spacious and great value for money. The room was comfortable with efficient aircon and very clean. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We have stayed here before and would definitely stay again when next in Colombo.

Wonder Hotel has a good feel about it. Services are standard on the expectations of a four star. Location close to the Galle Face Green is a bonus. Accommodative and supportive services are available, and with a smile.

Wonder Hotel should have a proper bar, when it says it has a bar. I would have liked the room to be a bit more spacious and the cost to be lower. The pricing seems to be a bit overrated.

Its a central place to all the Restaurents,Shopping , And lot. Fridays Rooftop Musick ..ect.Everyday buffes are very Testy. I Recomend anybody that this is the Very cheep hotel with a glad and Happy staff,

The location was fantastic and the staff very friendly and responsive. The breakfast had a good range on offer.

The hotel looks quite tired for a fairly new hotel. The towels were thread bare and of poor quality. There wasn't any coffee in tue bedroom.

The room is not clean. Shower door does not shut. Walls have damp patches. Breakfast was awful. Charged extra extra for early check in but refused to refund anything when we checked out one day earlier. Staff and the manager was not helpful and they were money conscious and charged us much more for what they offered. In summary, a horrible stay and I would not recommend this place for anyone. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this is a ripoff. Highly priced. Good photos are shown and in reality the situation is poor.

Hotel is located close to main tourist attractions and shopping malls. The staff was very friendly and are very prompt in attending to any requests by guests. the hotel upgraded my room due to issue with room provided earlier.

There was an issue with the room air conditioning, but the hotel staff was quick to fix it on same day.

They give a non AC room. Even no breathable air. Then i ask why room still heating. Then they swich the room. That room also have uncontrolable AC machine. They servise is bad. They give best servise for white skin person. We have black skin. I think that the reason they threat like that. Extra bed is bad 3 times flip it. Housekeeping is okey. They are good. We are really dissapointing. We staied because we already paid the room.

It's located in a good location which is the heart of the city. The location has all the necessary spots within reach. The staff at the cafe were pleasant to talk to.

Firstly, the receptionist just gave me the key card and didn't even have a bellboy to take me to the room. I had to ask for assistance as I had more luggage to carry and then he ran to fetch a person. They call it a superior king room but it was fairly small. The bed linens could have been more clean. When I went to the cafe in the evening they said that there is no food in the restaurant as they had an event that night and all the food items will be served there only. If we wanted to have food we had to attend their event which is Rs 3000 per person. Hence I ordered a hot chocolate and it was the worst I've ever had. It was watery and tasted merely like a hot Milo. When I complained they said the milk is thin these days in Sri Lanka. This hotel could be improved if they work on their administration, marketing and training to the staff.

Location is ok - not too far from the center. There are some other good hotels and nightclubs around. Hotel is good value only if you get a big discount. View from the rooftop is good - sea and Lotus Tower, both can be seen.

I booked an ocean view room but when i arrived they said all ocean view rooms are under renovation and i had to stay in a room view no good view, the price was not lowered however. Hotel looks better in pictures - in reality, it is quite worn out. Didn't see anyone ever using the pool either, although it seems to be main attraction, because the pool is small and oddly located and not very inviting at all.
