It was nice and roomy and having the kitchen facilities was great

The only thing that would of made it better was a pool

Bad location. Transportation available is tricycle which overcharge foreigners by a lot. The host says it is the normal price, thus making herself an accomplice in scamming. I never paid the ammount they try to hassle you for. The place is also overpriced. There are places close or almost at the beach for less. There is no WiFi. In 2022 that is and should be a standard

access is a big issue , they have problems with a land issue that stops access to the place. there is another dirt road to gain access.

the facilities, the staff and the location. it was like a condo that have everything you need. own refrigerator, utensils, fan, AC, hot water, rice cooker , heater, everything is in there. it’s like a complete house. you can save money if you will choose to buy food from the market and cook it just like what we did for 3 days. it is 5 minutes drive to Alone beach and Airport. very nice perfect place. the staff and owner are very friendly.

Hosts are lovely people. Nice quiet location. Fridge in room and cooking facilities. Reception sells goods like beers, washing powder etc.

No kettle as advertised. Pillows smell musty and used. Bedding and towels washed with no nice conditioner smells. Many tiny ants in room due to ill-fitting doors with gaps to outside. WiFi not good in room.

The room was as expected. Clean, a Nice bed, hot water for shower and a fine AC. The host was so helpful and friendly. we would love to stay there again.

The electricity had some minor issues though. Something when light was turned on at the same time as AC + shower, the light started to blink. but a small issue though.

This place is absolutely worth to stay. First of all, I need to say the owners and staffs are incredible nice people. Very welcoming people. The place itself is very nice. The outdoor area is well presented with nice flowers, tables and chairs to chill out. We stayed 10 nights in the standard studio with no regrets. Very comfortable, super clean and big size studio. The kitchen is a plus with handful kitchen tools. This is a place that made us feel home even miles away. I highly recommend. PS: As we really enjoyed our stay, we decided to extend for a month.
