The concept of the villas is good. The location from town good.

Booked for 4 adults and 2 Children. In the facilities we were told the villa had a lounge room with sofa and sofa bed for my 2 older children to sleep on, with the 4 adults sharing the 2 bedrooms with 1 couple per room per queen bed.However this was not the case. The villas told us that the day bed next to the pool outside was for my children! How scandalous! The double mattress wouldn’t even fit on the floor in our bedroom! There was no solution made by the staff, no manager, no owner and no one really cared! My 15 year old and 10 year old slept on 2 single mattresses on the floor in our bedroom for 6 nights, when we paid top price! The facilities were also described as having a kitchen and kitchenette. This consisted of one wok and one rice cooker for 2 people and one double gas burner and a fridge. Cups, plates, cutlery all for 4 people. Were my children suppose to eat off the floor with their hands? No towels provided for them either. Rooms need repair they are quite run down. No offer of assistance what’s so ever and we were not able to change hotels due to it being Boxing Day and the New Years Eve week! Not even Booking.Com offered any help! Very disappointed and disgusted by Montecarlo Villas and Booking.Com!

Definitely the pool my kids swam morning and night they loved it. We ordered the floating breakfast and the coffee was prepared and delicious!

Loved the peace and quiet. The pool great to use at any time of the day.

The villa was a little run down. Fan outside was noisy and some things were damaged or looking tired.

saw some small animals we don’t like at night

Stay was perfect the staff were great no complaints they were always helpful would stay again

The place was very beautiful and I enjoyed every moment I was there. Very clean rooms.

Free transportation could have been better organized. Also, the driver did not open doors or help lift bags, which I have encountered in other similar properties. The neighbours in the next room partied until 2am and it was impossible to sleep. The staff did nothing to resolve the situation. I expected silence and peace from such a hotel, which unfortunately I did not find.

Very nice/clean villa with a lovely outdoor space and private pool. Can get food delivered in about 10 mins. Lovely/helpful staff. Easy to reach Alona Beach if you rent a moped (£5 per day).

Nothing - very nice villa. Recommended.
