We came up for a concert and spent two nights at this wonderful place. It seems like an up-and-coming neighborhood that is close to the city. We checked out Centennial Park and shopped at Whole Foods.

This property is the perfect place if downtown Nashville is what you want to see. $15-$25 Uber rides is all it took to get to almost everything. This place had everything we needed for the 6 adults that stayed there. I definitely will keep this place in mind for my next trip To Nashville

Parents, sibling & grandmother stayed for our son's graduation from Belmont University. It was the perfect space for us all. We loved the game room downstairs, & the kitchen was so cool to be able to look down into the living area. Nice sized dining table to eat as a group. And I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood- very safe. We would stay again!

The pictures don’t do this place justice it’s very spacious and open and everything is newly remodeled. The master bedroom with bathroom is awesome and all the beds were comfy.
Not a lot of stuff walking distance but everything is a very short drive. Neighborhood is nice too. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here to go to a concert at the GEODIS Stadium in August. It was hot (100F+) outside, but inside this place stayed ice cold (just like we wanted it!). The place was spacious for the 8 of us.
The ceilings are high, plenty of natural light, the furniture was comfortable. There are 4 "floors" to spread-out into. The layout of the place is such that you can get away from the crowd if you want by going upstairs to the bedrooms or downstairs to the room with the shuffleboard, or interact with the crowd from the kitchen that looks down into the family room type area or with people on the level as the kitchen in the living room.
We walked 3-4 blocks to the GEODIS stadium and walked back after the show. It was far better than dealing with parking or the traffic that we walked past on our way to the show.
We easily found delicious local food within a 2-3 mile radius.
We will definitely stay here again when its time to go hang out in Nashville!

We had three families all stay here and everyone had plenty of space. The neighborhood is close to so many great attractions and also has a few of its own. The host was extremely helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend this place and will stay here again.

My cousins and I came to attend the Taylor Swift concert and had an absolute blast! The home is super large, clean and stocked. The beds were really comfortable as well. Its within walking distance to a brewery, distillery, an amazing bakery and a smoothie place as well as a short uber to Broadway!

Came in to see a MLS game & go out Downtown. Very close to both (10-12 min walk to Stadium, $12-15 Uber to Broadway). Host was super communicative to make sure we didn’t need anything & that we were enjoying our stay.
House was super clean, but ialso pretty beat up cosmetically (wall scuffs / paint damage). Beds were very comfortable & we could have had 3-4 more people stay comfortably

My friends and I traveled from Atlanta to Nashville to run a half marathon. We had spouses and kids with us and 502 Southgate was the perfect space. The kids were entertained in the theater room. The adults could hang out in the main living room. At night, the bedrooms were spacious, clean, and super comfy. There was plenty of space to hangout on the property, but also many restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. I would definitely come back. Thanks to Mayra for being an excellent host!

The home is wonderful and was less than a $20 rideshare cost to Broadway and all the bars. Mayra was a great host and quick to respond with any questions we had, which were very few. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. The patio opens to an open area with squirrels and birds in abundance. Even saw our first cardinal. The shuffleboard table was a hit as well. This will definitely be our go to when visiting Nashville in the future.

I have stayed here twice. That’s how much I recommend this property. The house was spacious and great to put a bunch of friends in who were partying in Nashville for a weekend. The host was super to work with. She was easy to communicate with and ask questions. Short Uber ride to/from downtown. Highly suggest renting here to save money when compared to staying in downtown Nashville!

Super accessible to all the neighborhoods we checked out (12 South, Gulch, downtown, etc.) - about 10 to 15 drive to just about anywhere. The unit is easy to access and great for a large group - very spacious, plenty of seating areas. Made for a great homebase for our first trip to Nashville.

My entire experience with this property was amazing! From the communications with the host, to the amazing location and beautiful weather I cannot complain about anything! This is an amazing property if you are looking to host a lot of people (8-10 people) as there was room for everyone and still plenty left over! Uber rides to downtown were not bad at all and it was perfect distance away so you weren’t distracted with noise. The house was overall clean, stocked with essentials and everything that was promised! Thank you!!

Nice place, pretty close
Hosts of house were great, and really enjoyed the house! It was pretty spacious for our group, and we really enjoyed the shuffleboard! Host was very responsive and nice to stock pods for the Keurig. Only downside was that it wasn’t quite walkable…about $15-$20 Uber ride to get there and back, but was quick and there always seemed to be ample options and we didn’t wait long at any point.

Amazing for a Bachelorette
The location was just about 8 minutes from Broadway!!! Plenty of space for 8 girls! 2 slept very comfortably in the queen pullout sofa!! Mayra was great with communication!! Just sent her a quick text and had a response within minutes!! Place was very cozy for our night in and very cute overall!! The whole group was very satisfied!!

Great house in a great location
We were here celebrating my son’s graduation from Belmont. The location was ideal with quick access to Belmont/Vanderbilt, Broadway and all major highways but in a residential neighborhood with serene surroundings. The inside of the house was great - nice layout with a good combination of group spaces (check out that downstairs). We will stay here whenever we come to Nashville!

Multi Level FUN!
Fun for everyone! Playroom for the entire family, Kitchen overlooking the living area so we could watch the SA Spurs game while making dinner, and lots of lounging space.
Fantastic location, close to everything we planned on doing! Mayra was SUCH an incredible host and she checked up on us to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here when we visit again!
