The room was newly redone, very clean and comfortable. Good location and the loveliest owner! Had an awesome time there!

* Location: Very cute house in a lovely neighbourhood (however, do not go through the part at night) * Decor: Amazing architectur, lovely decorations

* Check-in: It was not clear to me that I would only get the code, AFTER sending my passport image (that information was mixed up with lots of other comparably non-important information) * Accessibility: The stairs are very small, and not feasible for large suitcases / unsporty people * Unpractical: The room had lovely furniture and decoration - but not practical at all: no coathanger, no place to put the suitcase etc. * Cleanliness: For flat/room 3, the bathroom is outside the room - it was unclear if it was shared or not as a used towel was on the floor / footpring in the shower stall / towel stack was large, but some were folded so sloppy that it was not clear of clean (or not - in total: this was the biggest minus point for me - but can be hopefully fixed easily

It's almost impossible to go up the stairs with luggage, it was really really dangerous... This is not recommended for people with any disabilities or kids.

The location - very close to the metro.

The stairs were too narrow - very difficult to go up and down the stairs with luggage.

Hugo, one of the owners, is a nice guy.

They rent out the kitchen on Sundays to another group who play some board games so it's impossible to eat at the one and only table. Olga(the other owner) told us to find another solution in a very rude manner. The lobby looks like you're entering a warehouse. The bathroom in the room needs massive renovation. It's very dirty, the walls are cracked in the corners and it's very ugly. In the pictures attached you see the dirt on the shower head. Water pressure for the toilet and shower was extremely poor. There was almost no pressure for hot water. The toilet downstairs did not have an exhaust. The furniture in the room is old and the paint is falling off of most of them. The curtains are very dusty. The spiral staircase in the lobby was extremely narrow and it's hard to carry luggage upstairs. It's even harder if you're tall. They don't communicate well before hand via the booking.com app. We had to chase them to get a response regarding our luggage drop off We thought we got something special at the price we got it at, but it turned out to be extremely false. We were willing to pay more for something better but this seemed amazing in the pictures. We feel cheated. Booking.com should shut them down!!!
