Room environment clean and bright. Outside view extremely good, can look towards lot 10, pavilion, low yat plaza and etc

Bedsheets, pillow sheet, and mattress need to be cleaned, not only me concern hygiene part, I believe others would concern hygiene issue too. The shower holder didn't install well.

1. Die Sauberkeit des Appartements: Haare auf dem Bett, Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, Taschentücher, Sexutensilien in den Schubladen neben dem Bett, das Bidet nicht wirklich sauber. 2. die Kommunikation: Man hat das Gefühl aufgrund der Sprachbarrieren nicht vollständig verstanden zu werden.

Amazing spectacular view from my room. Also good gym, pool and sauna facilities, everything is good enough. Close 7-11 for get everything I need, especially this places located at the same building with huge shopping mall. In conclusion im ready to close my eyes for sun inconveniences for stay one-few days more here.

No cleaning room as fact… Instead of bring new towels they just roll old ones. They don’t give second pass key for the room with two customers, my friend had to wait my back every time. Another day my rooms was filled by water from broken toilet. It is very very tired hotel room with old rusty furniture. Pay an attention for such huge excluded taxes as Service charge and Resort fees before u make a reservation.

The atrocious quality of the accommodation meant nothing was good

We got to try three of these apartments as we had paid for 7 nights and couldn’t leave without penalty. All 3 were filthy, but the first was the worst. All 3 rooms were tired, dirty, poorly maintained. When we entered the first apartment it smelt of mould. We advised the manager who told us it was the only apartment available that night but he would move us the next day. Take a look at the photo of the pillows. Not only were these left by the operator, but the cleaners must have decided they were acceptable when changing the sheets. DISGUSTING. All the furniture was tired and broken, and generally the apartment was dirty. The second apartment at least didn’t stink of mould. However the pillows were still extremely dirty. So after some argument we were provided new pillows. It was still dirty and the shower leaked outside onto the bathroom floor which was dangerously slippery due to lack of cleaning. I require reasonable internet to keep in contact with my clients but the wifi in this room was unstable and eventually ceased providing a way to the internet. So off to the 3rd room. Like the others, this was filthy. Pillows were not new and at least a couple were mouldy. We should have insisted we bring our pillows from the second room, but by this time we were just waiting to get out. This room had a leak over the bath. We are not talking about a recent leak that was yet to be fixed. This leak must have been occurring for months, maybe longer. It dripped into the bath. Before noticing the leak, one of us ran a bath and got in. Then looked up. They got out very quickly. See the photo of what was above. Emptying the bath released quite a bit of water onto the floor of the bathroom, although some of it did go down the normal pipes. Bottom line….do not stay here.

Amazing location in the Berjaya Times Mall. Super convenient access to everything in the mall, and central to everything to see in the city as well. Great city view, could even watch sunrise every day from the room. The pool is amazingly nice, super large with views of petronas towers and KL tower.

The room is dated, so though it is large, it's not set up well and hard to find places to put things. Water from the air conditioner leaks onto the floor. and other random things leak in the bathroom.

Great rooms and a very welcoming manager. I arrived early, and he gave me another room to sleep after my long journey to Kuala-Lumpur, before my booked room would ready. The suite is vast, has good working space, and internet. Working gym and a big swimming pool. Has many shops, 7-eleven and cafes downstairs.

Nice view from room level A32, great assist, spacious room, lighting too dim tho, love there's an iron, but would be nice if the iron board is provided. Opted to park outside overnight since its cheaper.

We’ve been travelling for 6 months now through 4 countries and this was by far the filthiest room we’ve had. Disgusting actually. Pubic hair everywhere Some how, full of dust and mould. Didn’t want to use the facilities in the room as it felt so unclean.

The central location was nice. Plenty of stores and markets within walking distance.

The rooms looked nothing like the pictures on Booking.com. The pictures had to be 10 years old or more. The rooms were run down, broken furniture, and just dirty. We had to look at 4 rooms, before deciding to take the best of the worst room. Even the best of the worst had dirty floors, dirty carpet, cock roaches, boogers on the wall, and mold on the shower walls. The worst part is, there was no card for the electricity slot so we had to use our own condo key card from back home to have the electricity on, then we forgot it because, your not thinking about taking that card out after 2 days of misery, you just want to get out of there. Now that’s going to cost us more to replace. Furthermore, the room was reserved under a credit card for business purposes, which they do not accept. Then after walking all over looking for a decent room to stay in for only 2 days, we had to go find an ATM to pay in cash for a room that was already reserved online with a card. The only thing nice was the host and he tried to be accommodating to our needs, or at least try to occupy a room for a couple days. It was our first time in Malaysia and we were only going to be there for 2 days so we accepted the room, even though we will definitely be back to Malaysia (a beautiful country with amazing people and delicious food), we will never go back to that establishment and recommend you don’t either.
