Nice room and environment. comfy bed and amenities were given everyday. big and spacious as well

the shuttle bus time for disneysea leaves too early. there was a very bad thunderstorm and heavy rain on the day that i went the park closes at 9 but the last shuttle bus was 9.15 and the location was confusing to find, especially for first timers. called the hotel multiple times to see if they could help us book a taxi but to no avail.

Staff were very accommodating and very responsive. Room was spacious and well appointed. Quality toiletries and the free shuttle bus is a big plus!

It would be great if there was a pool.

First things first - the staff are absolutely incredible, & that alone made it felt like a much fancier hotel than we'd paid for. Always smiling, greeting and bowing when we'd enter or leave, getting & holding lifts for us, everything was just amazing and all the great things we'd heard about Japanese hospitality and politeness. Any language difficulties overcome easily with their translation devices. We stayed here as a family of 4 (2A, 12yo, 5yo) for 7 nights, and opted for two rooms over one larger single room with 3 beds and ottoman. We had one Twin Room and one King Room. The rooms were large, one larger than the other with a wider hall, but ample space for all our luggage (alot). The beds were comfortable, among the softest we found during our stay. The room was spotless, made up each day while we were out, new towels every day. The combined price for two rooms was similar to what we'd paid in other cities for slightly larger or even smaller single rooms. Our main focus for the stay was 4 days as the Disney's, and we took the hotel shuttle on most of those 4 days, which ran very frequently during the day, and also used the shuttle to go to the train station for other trips. Yes, it's not as close to the parks as others, but the price was better value for a larger area compared to most close. The shuttle was great, and the days we wanted to get there really early or didn't want to wait for the next one later in the day to come back, we took a $24 taxi ride. Buffet breakfast in the Garden Brasserie & Bar had a good selection of Western and local dishes, & food was nice. You'd need to have a decent feed for it to be amazing value (kids may not get $$$ worth), but it was reasonable still and convenient. The dinners in the same location were also good, with great service. We had a la carte & the food was nice. Room service excellent too. One washer/dryer & vending machine on each floor too.

If I was being picky, the only thing that was an inconvenience was having to walk to the next hotel for access to a Lawsons (great by the way), and not being able to secure a vacuum to borrow on the final day to aid in vacuum sealing bags for packing.

too far from city, though they have free shuttle going to nearest station, but if you prefer going to the city it would cost you transpo and need a lot of time in travelling , if you want near from disney resort staying at this hotel is a good idea

We hoped we could go to the rooftop but it turned out it was closed. Really sad because that was what inspired us to stay at the Hyatt Tokyo

I loved everything about the place! It was clean and the room was perfect. It was real near Disney parks.

Restaurant food and service were of poor quality. Concierge couldn’t help much with planning activities so we had to rely on Google.

フロントでアロマの香りがして癒されました。スタッフの方々がみなさん親切でした。

コインランドリーが各フロアに1台しかなく、乾燥が終了したのに何時間も放置してある洗濯物があったため使用できなかった。せめて取り出すカゴがあると良かった。

All the staffs were very nice and very good hospitality. Room was clean and big. Breakfast was delicious and lots of selections. It’s a bit far from Disney land but I still recommend this hotel. It was comfortable to stay this hotel.

Staff are all kind and polite. Room is spacious enough for 5. Coffee machine is great.

The commute between station and hotel are bit inconvenient. When we arrived, it was night time and rain, all exhausted from long flight, the shuttle bus stop was a bit hard to find, we waited taxi after a long queue.

Such a brilliant hotel- we booked this one for the days we were visiting Tokyo Disneyland, and couldn't be happier with our choice! Super clean, great friendly staff, nice sized room. They had a free shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland as well. Loved the roof-top bar and the view the hotel had as well. We were pleasantly surprised by just how lovely this hotel was, and we definitely want to stay again next time we visit.

This hotel ticked all the right boxes for us, so we don't have anything negative to share. :)

Booked this hotel for Disneyland which the hotel has free shuttle bus to the locations at regular interval. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Great property. Felt very westernize with a splash of local culture so we felt right at home.

That the hotel didn't have its own airport shuttle to Narita and Haneda airports considering how close it is to the Mitsui Garden Hotel which is where we had to arrange and pay for a shuttle to the airport. A 2 min walk down the street to the next block to another hotel isn't too bad but considering that the Hyatt Tokyo Bay has a shuttle to Shin Urayasu Station, it would take the service up a notch if they also provided a direct shuttle service to the hotel instead of having to make the arrangement with another hotel the day prior to travel. The train service is very popular but isn't convenient for travelling with luggage to the airports. It was good for our travels around Tokyo otherwise.

リサーチ不足だったかもしれませんが、キングサイズベットが写真より小さく感じた 布団が1枚だったので4人で寝るには使いずらかった
