The stay was perfect. Staff was cooperative. Supplies were given immediately in request. No objections raised on delay in check out also. Overall experience was beyond expectations.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the balcony adjacent to the room was great for spending some time outside. The staff was friendly and helpful and the kitchen was easily accessible and accommodating towards our requests.

We wanted to access the outdoor backyard/garden one night and were told to preferably stay upstairs since the neighbouring properties can complain about the noise. This was a bit upsetting since we weren't informed of these constraints before. (Don't think they are listed on the booking details either). Further, the building is not as secluded as the pictures make it look, there are quite a few buildings very close to the hosteller building, which makes the environment not as peaceful as it's been advertised.

The friendly and welcoming staff, the exquisite meals, the cleanliness, great communal space where’s always fun to be had. And the view! Don’t forget about the view!

It would be nice to be able to order and pay for stuff in person and not just online, especially with such a nice staff.
