Everything! Property owner is the worst to talk to.

it was close to the Olympic stadium and the bed was comfy

property wasn’t too clean and seemed a little run down. even the remote for the tv barely worked and it smelled too much of cigarette smoke we had to buy a candle. we also asked for extra towels and they only gave us one in a garbage bag left hung at our door

wasn’t expecting a room like that, it was cozy and didn’t feel like a hotel.

the food in the fridge was maybe 2,3 weeks passed date.. my light in my room was flashing crazy but I reached out and talked to them about it, they said they will change it ASAP! Thanks for listening guys

It may be a small thing, but when I entered the room, there was a candy, and I was happy that I could feel the care. When I had a question or chatted with him, he responded quickly. Very good value for the price!

I can hear the floor creaking just a little bit, so people who care about it might care. But I didn't care, so it wasn't a problem.

People who answered the phone were very helpful individual bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, good storage space in the kitchen had some condiments etc in the kitchen

emails were very long, repetitive, multilingual so some important information got buried, leading to some confusion emails could be more individual especially if people are booking more than 1 room kitchen was not particularly clean, including some of the dishes no dishwasher, not great from a public health perspective

It is well located and organized. suitable and peaceful.

Everything was fine for me.

people who work there are very rude, they didnt even have a hair dryer, i trusted the google reviews and the images but it was a lie, totally not worth the money. they told me “this isnt Marriott” and they made that very clear. they say the room is soundproof, it isnt. the tv remote was broken and they blamed us for breaking it, took the security deposit twice. super confrontational and unprofessional business.

Netflix and WiFi.

1) Shower window door didn't close properly. 2) Not enough toilet paper. 3) Too cold, and no access to air conditioner adjustment. 4) No cups or glasses in the kitchen. 5) Difficult to access the building. It looks abandoned, and I almost left believing I had been deceived. No reception at all, and the front of it was not suggestive of a hotel at all. 6) The owner didn't answer all of my questions by Whatsapp. 7) It is not soundproof. 8) Too far from the metro.

Nothing, didn't stay there due to unprofessionalism and for safety reasons.

o Received a WhatsApp phone call from someone in Spain or Portugal to couple pre check-in form. Asked them to send it to me by email from the booking website I used o 1st asked by the hotel 2 days in advance to provide a picture of my ID card o Informed the hostel I was not comfortable doing that as it goes against my privacy rights o Hostel extremely difficult to reach by phone. Made more than 5 phone calls which were never returned. o Called the lady on WhatApps and directly on the network to address my concern of providing a picture of my ID and she did not respond o No policy informing the traveller at time of booking that they do conduct pre check-in where one must upload a government photo ID. At time of booking only thing shared is that a damage deposit of $200 will be charged. o Realized it’s not actually a hotel but a hostel or a house renting rooms. AD and pictures very misleading. Place is dilapidated and unsafe and looks sketchy o Place was not easy to find. Upon finding Homa Hotel, there was a guy at the door who said he was a guard and I needed to enter a 4-digit password on a keypad lock. o I told him I was not provided with the code and ask him if he could provide a contact number as nobody is answering the hotel number. He said when he tries it, it works. I called the number once again and it keeps ringing but no one pickups o The guy at the door who said he was a guard said I should’ve been gave the code before my arrival. o I was stressed out by all this situation and worried about what to do as there was no way to reach the hotel for immediate assistance . o Two men were standing close to the building and said they could help us. o They took us to a repair shop/garage for cars and ask us to wait for the car/auto mechanic to assist us which was weird o They said it happens a lot with travellers. It’s always the same issue. o The auto mechanic said he knows the property owner and contacted him. He then provided me with his phone number.

The location was great, not too far from many sites, restaurants and etc. There was free street parking as well.

No AC in the room, super small bed, no toilet paper, towels or enough room in the shower or in the room. That room should not be used for more than 1 person. The thermostat was broken! The room was boiling at night.

"Free Street Parking" was not free, in fact, following their directions got me a ticket that I had to pay. Which took away any perceived discount from booking there.

the room was what it said it was - property was OKAY. room was good temperature

check in was really weird. Nobody was there. were told we could drop our bags off at 11:30 am and come back for check in for 3, and we did drop bags off, waited for someone for 30 mins to get there to do it, and we put bags in room and left. never heard from anyone after that or for the rest of the weekend, check in or out. sooo that was different. we just kinda came back and let ourselves in? not a good look for security reasons. regardless we were out and in when we were supposed to be. outside balcony wasnt what was shown but was still decent 😬 it was not BY the Olympic stadium. as in not owned, operated, or even near it. this is false advertising. we were 16 minute walk away. that is hardly “by” anything for montreal. i would change this. parking was not as advertised. glad we did not have a car

I like the room size and the amenities.

Parking could have been better.

as the owner of the furniture delivery company, i paid specifically for two beds in the room. my crew (two men) got a room with only one bed. The crew got to the hotel around 11 pm. They were very tired, so they didnt feel like bothering anyone. The stay was very uncomfortable and not relaxing for the crew

inside was cozy and elegant

the rooms curtains could be black out curtains as the room is bright in the morning but that also made for good morning energy.

Its clean and felt safe with the automatic door lock. I liked that there were netflix and a fridge in the room and all the kitchen stuff in the shared place. The hosts were very kind and they were texting me while my stay to know if everything was okay and that if i need anything to let them know. They answering really fast to messages too. There is a lot of stores and restaurants around in a walking distance. It is very good for the price.

I would’ve like a table and 2 chair in the room to eat inside because it was only a desk and 1 chair. More bathrooms fournitures like more towels, thootbrush and more shower soap than only a little bottle. It was also a little hot inside, even an open window when its summer dont do much. There was a heater but no air conditioner in the room, it would have been great to have one.
