Second time we have stayed here. Excellent location. Quiet, clean, comfortable apartment and good facilities. Great communication from property management. Parking over at the NCP is cheap and only a couple of mins walk away. Perfect for family or couples.

The apartment is far from being luxurious as it is marketed. heating in bedroom did not work, we didn’t have hot water upon our arrival nor did we find instructions about hot water. The cabinet in the room was broken. Bed shits and towels were hanged everywhere. Tears on living room sofas. The neighborhood is not safe. Bed not comfortable. To conclude it was very very disappointing and really not value for money.

Good location and within easy walking distance of the train station and Q-Park Castlegate car park. Apartment was a good size, comfy beds and well presented.

Only one key and fob was available which made juggling timings a bit difficult (we were doing different things at times.)

The location is very convenient for Ponds Forge. It is peaceful and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Someone kindly left their Netflix logged in!

The apartment was obviously very high spec when new but is starting to look a bit tired.

Clean

All furniture was old and need to be replaced my bed was broken & both beds were extremely Uncomfortable & hurt our backs that we had to sleep on the floor

The bedding was disgusting, there were hairs on the bed sheet and the duvet cover was ripped. the place hadn’t been cleaned properly

Great apartment, perfect for a swimming family. Very easy access to Ponds Forge.

The location is good not to far from town.
