We were in town to celebrate our son's 21st birthday. A great stay. Enjoyed the area. Short Uber ride to Broadway bars.

We had a blast. 1st time to Nashville. The property was perfect for four couples. Nice touch with stocking the fridge with various beverages. Lauren was responsive and helpful with pre-vacation questions. Instructions for the house were on point. Everything we needed for the stay was included.

We were in Nashville with a large family group for a college graduation. We needed space for many to sleep and to entertain. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a better-appointed place. Lots of thoughtful details (snacks, drinks, full-sized toiletries) plus friendly and responsive hosts. I’ve stayed in VRBO properties all over the world, and this is one of the best!

This multi-level condo worked well for our group of four couples for four nights. It was very clean and comfortable. We each had a bedroom and bathroom, there was a nice kitchen and living room, and the rooftop deck (accessed from one of the bedrooms) was a great space to chill before dinner each night. There was private parking for our three vehicles, two of which fit inside the private garage.
The property manager was amazing to deal with - very responsive and provided great communication about the property and things to do in Nashville. She even had Target deliver us a couple of things!
The one disappointment with the condo is completely out of the property manager's control: there is a building being built right next door. The construction noise isn't bad, but they do start early. The property manager provided sound machines, which we thought was really considerate. As I said, she was great to work with.
Overall, we enjoyed our time at this property.

I rented 3 units from Lauren for my husband's 60th birthday celebration and it was amazing! The units are clean, decorated so pretty, well equipped and just so comfortable - the beds are amazing! All my guests were in awe of the accommodations!
Lauren is so responsive to any needs and just wonderful to work with! I highly recommend!

This was a trip for 4 couples that are 60+. So having a nice, safe place to stay was essential. Also key was 4 BR with their own bath. This place exceeded our expectations! First, the hosts were a dream to work with. Very accommodating to early check in and late check out ( we were fortunate that there were not other bookings). They also responded quickly to our request for more towels.
The place was very clean and was well equipped for a Nashville vacation (plenty of wine glasses). It is very centrally located with several places you can walk to within 10 minutes and right across from Vanderbilt. The beds were comfortable for all which we needed after visiting Broadway!!
I highly recommend this VRBO and will definitely book with Lauren again

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at a property hosted by Lauren and Jen. They are the BEST hosts. Great communication before and during the stay (although we really didn't need much). The condo was perfect for our family. It's big, very nicely decorated, comfy beds, and everything you would need in the kitchen. They even had snacks, beer and soda waiting for us when we arrived. Everything was clean and well organized. The garage was also a nice amenity. It was big enough for two cars (and one was a suburban). The location is excellent, close to Vandy and tons a restaurants nearby. Downtown (Broadway) is a short Uber away. Highly recommend!

A group of eight of us came up for my bachelorette party. Everyone raves about how amazing the house was! Lauren was a great and informative host, and the house had room to spare. Definitely recommend for groups coming to Nashville!

The property exceeded expectations. Clean, spacious and exceptionally well equipped. One of our friends who has participated in a number of VRBO type stays, said it was the nicest place she’d seen. While we Ubered mostly. It’s about 1.5 miles from the Broadway Honky Tonks, so we were able to walk. I’d would recommend this place to friends.

The Midtown location is central to everything in Nashville. Our family had plenty of room to spread out in this spacious and well appointed unit. We will definitely return!

Amazing home, very clean and quiet, on-the-ball hosts, snacks and drinks were nicely selected and just so kind of you. When visiting Nashville again, will definitely hope to stay here again. I have referred other family members to this home.

Property was perfect for our girls trip of 12. Well stocked and comfortable beds. Great communication with owner. Very nice and comfortable. Fairly quiet except one morning of noisy construction which is tough after a night on broadway but overall five stars.

It was close enough to downtown, quiet neighborhood, walkable downtown but most of the girls took UBER which were in credible at $7 a ride. Our host had the patience of a Saint, incredibly responsive, I cannot say enough good things about her. All of our guests left happy and raving about the houses, and our incredibly awesome host. Perfect property for any kind of event. 4 bedrooms in each house and large gathering place with the living room and dining room.

This house was perfect for our large group in town to attend the Vanderbilt Law School graduation ceremony. There were great places within walking distance or a short car ride. The host was quick to respond and extremely accommodating! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Myself and 8 other girls, all in our 30’s came to this property to celebrate my sister’s bachelorette party. I cant say enough good things about this house. First, the owner Lauren, was so responsive, helpful, and sweet. She answered my questions promptly which was really appreciated. Secondly, the house was STUNNING- stunning!! It’s so big and spacious… it felt empty even with 9 adults in it. The hallways are long, bathrooms clean… entire house is renovated and updated. I have no complaints. The upstairs patio was fabulous…I highly recommend staying here. There is a HUGE garage that fit my large SUV and also a driveway. The actual block that it’s on has not much to offer but around the block is a dollar store that sells snacks and alcohol. Ubers to Broadway were always under $25. Overall great/ safe location. I am so glad I found this property. Thank you Lauren!

Very clean and well maintained property. Lauren is a great hostess. House was stocked with all cleaning supplies, towels, etc, and even had snacks on the counter and drinks in the fridge waiting for us. Lauren was also quick to respond to all questions. 5 stars on everything but location (4 stars), since there is not much to do within walking distance. However, most things of interest are a quick drive away. Upshot is the price of this property is very reasonable for how nice the house is.

We stayed here for my daughter's bachelorette trip. There were 11 of us and we had plenty room without getting in each others way. We did leave the first day to go grab some food and I left my phone in the room charging and didn't have the code to get back in. I used my sister's phone to get Lauren's number to text her. She responded immediately. I did not have to contact her after that. Everything we needed was in the house so there was no need to. Before the trip she was amazing at answering my questions and giving me places to go and distances from the house to other things we had planned. I would highly recommend staying here, worth every penny.

We stayed with a group of 12 celebrating our youngest son's 21st Birthday in Nashville! This was our 2nd time staying in this townhouse. We choose to stay here again because Lauren and her townhouse are both incredible. Lauren is an amazing host, so easy to communicate with and provides her guests with a beautiful spacious townhouse, arrival snacks & drinks, paper towels and toilet paper. House is convenient to everything, a short Uber or Lyft ride to Broadway, the Gulch or 12 South.
Highly recommend Laura and this townhouse! Such a great experience.

Wow what a great place to stay. Beautifully decorated and Lauren was great to deal with. Check in was easy and the location was great for a quick Uber to downtown. Lauren recommend The Southern for dinner. We made a reservation and it was wonderful! We had 6 ladies on a girls trip and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had one lady in our party that couldn’t climb stairs very well. There was a bedroom on the main level that was perfect for her. The garage fit both of our vehicles. Once we arrived, we parked and just used Uber. Very convenient! Plenty of towels and even left us some welcome snacks. Very nice touch!

We had two of the townhouse for our family for five days while we celebrated our daughter's wedding. It worked out perfectly and gave everyone lots of space. Plus, we used one for the bridal party to get ready and do hair and makeup. The owner/host was the most accommodating we have ever had. It was all just perfect. We will stay again.

Nine girlfriends shared this house. Much space for everyone. Loved the common area, which was the kitchen/ living room. Well stocked with wine glasses, plates, and coffee cups. Really loved the supply of drinks, coffee pods and snacks left for us. A definite plus. I bit of a hike to the music area if that’s all you came for, but still well located. Everyone in our group loved it. BTW, we were a group celebrating a 70th birthday.

The location was perfect! Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. The house was beautiful and stocked with treats and snacks upon our arrival. The owner was absolutely the best to work with and showed so much hospitality! Definitely booking again!

Lauren was amazing! She gave us so many recommendations and was so helpful. She also accommodated an early check in. On Sunday she offered an extra free night stay!! Some of the girls took her up on this and were able to enjoy another night in Nashville. Lauren really made our experience in Nashville seamless & enjoyable! Location was amazing, so close to everything. We will stay here again when visiting.
