La proprietà si trova sopra la nostra azienda di famiglia. Anche se elencato come 2 camere da letto, può effettivamente espandersi in 3/4 camere da letto (con 2 bagni)! Può ospitare comodamente 6/8 persone. NOTA: se la prenotazione è per meno di 5 persone, sarà disponibile UN SOLO bagno. Inoltre, tieni presente che ci sono 34 gradini da salire prima di arrivare alla porta d'ingresso dell'appartamento! Tuttavia, non rimarrete delusi una volta entrati poiché la proprietà è stata appena rinnovata e appena decorata e arredata. È dotato di lucernari o finestre in ogni stanza. Ci sono due camere matrimoniali (una con letto king size e una con letto queen size) e una camera con due letti singoli. I pavimenti sono in legno massello e la cucina è dotata di forno a due livelli, Micro Wave. C'è una lavanderia con lavatrice / asciugatrice e ferro e asse da stiro. Le camere doppie dispongono di asciugacapelli montati in stile hotel.

Accomodation was roomy and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet due to bedrooms facing into Praed Mews. We had everything we needed - thankyou Adrienne :)

I stayed here with my husband and two adult daughters and we were all very happy with the living space. The location cannot be beat, check in/out was super easy, and communication with Adrienne was always stellar. The flat does get quite hot on warmer days (which is communicated in the description and reviews, but the fans provided do help a bit. We will definitely be staying here again our next visit to London! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay. We chose 3 bedrooms and 2 baths as this fit our family with boy and girl teens! It was very clean, all we needed was there for us as we utilized for a home base of daily touring of London. The location was great with access to food and hop on / hop off bus stops! Would happily stay again! As noted in description, there are several stairs which was not an issue for us, but could be for others.

The location was absolutely perfect. Easy access to Paddington, which connects you to the whole city. In particular if you fly into Heathrow the train from Heathrow goes straight to Paddington. The property is tucked away on a quiet street. As other guests have mentioned there were quite a few stairs but, we managed fine. It happened to be warm in London when we’re there and the apartment gets very hot; twos fans were provided and definitely needed. Overall, the space and size of bedrooms was great for my family.

The best part about this flat was its proximity to public transport. Paddington station is a five minute walk and offers access to most of the main tube lines and there is a very convenient bus stop just a few steps away from the door. Pubs, restaurants, and stores are all close by.
The apartment was very clean and everything was as advertised. The host was very responsive to the few questions that we had. The location on a mews gives the feeling of "old timey" London and just enough separation from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Our only suggestion would be to improve the functionality of the bathrooms by adding counterspace, shelving, or hooks. Although the bathrooms are small, there are some solutions for guests to keep toiletries, clothing, etc.
Overall, wonderful stay in a wonderful flat. Thank you!

The flat had three great bedrooms, two nice bathrooms with showers, a small kitchen/common room, and was in a great, convenient location. You must walk up two flights of stairs to reach the flat. It was perfect for our family with three teens ages 14, 17, and 19!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was spacious and clean. It was plenty of room for us and our two teenagers (a boy and a girl). The central location was amazing - we took the tube and bus everywhere. We took advantage of the laundry and small fridge. There is no air conditioning and it was a hot spell our first few days. However there were a number of high powered fans in the flat and that made things bearable.

The location is very close to the airport ( Heathrow) by train (15 min)
Hyde park is in a walking distance and you go where you want by tube or by walk if you wish.
The area on the cal is very nice with a lots of boat restaurant .
We will be back with friends for sure!

This property was exactly as advertised and met all of our expectations. It was clean, everything was in working condition and the mattresses were very comfortable. Having access to washer/dryer is really a wonderful addition when traveling with children. The proximity to Paddington Station makes it a great location for exploring all areas of London. Since it is tucked down a mews, it was also nice and quiet for sleeping at night. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time staying at Praed Mews Paddington for 10 nights! It is one of the best locations in terms of transportation to practically anywhere you want to go. Great places to eat and gather groceries for your stay. The place was clean and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will be booking this place again when we return. We enjoyed the location- close to Paddington but also to a variety of traditional English shops (fish and chips, pub, curry). It felt very safe and comfortable. I've only a couple of carps- there is laundry there but they did not provide and detergent- seems a small enough thing. A bigger one is that although the description of the flat is for 3 bedrooms it is actually 2 bedrooms with a (paid) OPTION for a third (which we took). The text of the listing describes exactly this, but it's easy to get confused because the headline says 3 but the price is for 2. I didn't mind and they quickly adjusted our contract, but this ought to be clearer.

We had a wonderful stay as a family: my parents and sister in this flat. The flat is very clean, well arranged and in a quiet location. Very well situated for buses and underground. 30 minutes away by foot from Selfridges (Oxford street). Adrienne made sure we had a nice stay and communicating with her was very easy. I fully recommend the place. Thank you for a great week end.

We stayed in the apartment + studio , there were 4 of us, we are colleagues, traveled on business. So everyone had his own bedroom, we had 2 baths and common space.
Everything was well arranged and prepared for a comfortable stay.
There is even a hair dryer in each room!
I liked the place very much.

Been here before and was happy to book again. The place is clean and tidy and plenty of room for a couple. Within easy reach of everything, especially the Tube and the Heathrow Express.

Clean, modern and minimalist. Would have been nicer to have more than one kitchen towel, and paper supplies so we wouldn't have had to purchase them during our stay. One of the bedrooms had no windows, compounding that with ninety degree outdoor temp, made the sleeping almost unbearable.

This flat was a perfect home base for us. Maria was incredibly responsive, making the process easy. Location: steps away from Paddington, easy to get to from the airport and to get around London but it was still quiet. The flat was tidy - not just a place to sleep but we could actually hang out over breakfast and at the end of the day. Highly recommend esp perfect for a family!
