This place was a great place for our family getaway. The were only six of us, but we all had our own space. Great centralized location to Meyne activities in the area. We had a great experience and were able to cook many meals on site rather than eating out all the time. I would recommend staying here.

Very nice house, spacious, in great condition, well equipped. Great view overlooking Glenwood Springs. A block away from the 9-hole Glenwood Springs Golf Club. Very convenient to the attractions in Glenwood Springs and the center of town.
4 bedrooms: 1 with a king bed in the spacious master suite, 2 with queen beds, 1 with twin beds. All have their own bathroom. We would rent the house again.

This our 4th or 5th stay, and we just love it! Plenty of room for family with the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathroom! The house is very well stocked with all the comforts of home.Location is great, we enjoy the view from the back patio. We will be back for sure to our beloved Glenwwood Springs and this beautiful home.

Great location, clean, gorgeous views. Everything was perfect. Loved the pool table! Kitchen had everything we needed with the exception of a meat thermometer. Garage door opener provided so we didn’t have to go out into the cold. Someone even shoveled our driveway! Will definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for my family. We have stayed in five different homes and most hotels in Glenwood. We really enjoyed our time there. My wife absolutely loved the home. There was a problem with the TV in the master. For whatever reason, we could not get the cable tv to connect. I didn't care but my wife likes to fall asleep to the tv being on. I put on white noise and she was fast asleep.

Location and view were great. House had a lot of steps for older people but that is what you get when you build on the side of a canyon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was perfect for our family! The house was clean, convenient (you will need a car as it is up a hill) and nice. I was looking for a place with adequate bedrooms and bathrooms and liked that this place had a bathroom for each bedroom. It also had a large couch for us to hang out together and a large table for eating and playing games. We definitely wanted a place with aircondlting as we were going in late July (and it ended up being in the 90's, so it was much appreciated). Have a basement lounge area with a pool table was appreciated also. The deck was great for morning coffee and evening conversation. This place checked all the boxes and was perfect for our family vacation in Glenwood Springs. Would highly recommend.

Glenwood Springs is a really special place. This beautiful home overlooks the town with unbelievable views of the mountains and the Colorado river. Excellent location and minutes to everything.

The house was beautiful, large, very comfortable for our family of six adults. A bath for each bedroom was so nice. The views are lovely and the location was ideal for what we had planned. We enjoyed it so much we hated to leave.

We had an amazing time in Glenwood celebrating our Mom’s birthday. This house was everything that we hoped it would be. We chose it because of the open floor plan and it was perfect. So much room… honestly more than we needed but it was nice. Each of us had our own bedroom / bathroom. House was very clean and supplied everything we needed. (Our only recommendation is to purchase new pots and pans… not good / safe to use). Light and bright with nice views. Great neighborhood that is quiet and a very short drive to Main Street. Loved having the garage to park in as well! This would be a great house for a much larger party.. it could accommodate more people than we had for our long weekend. We would love to come back with our whole family!

This is our second year coming to this incredible home! It is clean, spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. Our family of 6 this year, had plenty of space and the views of the valley are gorgeous. Just across the street is a public golf course(9 holes). The neighborhood is a bit limited for walking but if you are good with steep hills, it makes for a nice early morning or evening 1&1/2 mile walk. A car is a must for getting into the town but only minutes away from the pool and downtown. Last year, the afternoon sun was so intense that we weren’t able to enjoy the deck in the afternoons. This year was the same, however, we used the front porch for our afternoon space instead; and, ate inside for dinner.
The master main level bed is quite comfortable, as are the 2 twin beds, & downstairs west bed. The bed on the downstairs east side is quite soft and a bit lumpy—our adult son had a tough time sleeping on it.
Water pressure is great for showers.
Such a nice space. We plan to return for our annual family trip!

It’s a beautiful clean home. Plenty of space for the seven of us. The views were incredible, but the noise from I-70 was loud so sitting outside on the decks was not enjoyable. The two bedrooms upstairs were comfortable. The two bedrooms downstairs really need the mattresses replaced, because they were not comfortable and wore out.

This is our second time staying here and both time we loved everything about the house. It was decorated so nicely for Christmas and we all felt so much at home. It is in a great location to enjoy Glenwood Springs and the surrounding ski areas. We will continue to use this home as a place to stay when we come back to the area.

This was our 2nd stay in this property, and we'll be back! Everyone gets comfortable beds and their own bathroom, and the kitchen/dining room area is spacious and features awesome views. A short drive to downtown and the fabulous Glenwood Springs pool, where we spent time each afternoon.

We have stayed here two years in a row. It is such a nice home. Lots of space and in a perfect location for driving into town or going hiking. We are a couple, but easily could fit 4 couples or a few families with no problem. No bunk beds or pull our couches. Just rooms! The amenities can not be beat! So clean and modern for a rental. It is worth every penny. We plan to stay here again for sure!
