Que tenias un evento y fueron muy consientes en ubicar la habitación lejos y por tanto no se escuchó nada, pudimos dormir muy agradablemente

Clean, simple room. Good bed and able to make tea. Well situated for arrival by car.

When I arrived at my room, the key card didn't work. Back down for a new one. The night porter (I arrived close to midnight) was on his rounds. Had to find someone from the restaurant team who provided a new card.

Location. Very close to town center and transportation.

The pillow was too high.

Perfecte ligging tov het centrum. Kamer was niet groot, maar ruim voldoende voor ons doel. Ontbijt is een aanrader. Heel veel keus, goeie koffie...heerlijk!

The room was big, with big windows which you could open.

There was an actual sperm stain on my pillow, unfortunately missed by the cleaners, I don't blame them, I blame the lack of time they have per room, as I was there 7 days and witnessed how fast they had to clean. There was mold, dirt and a lot of dust in the room. These were not things that the cleaners could take care of, as they were ingrained into the very surfaces of the room: the walls were full of dirt marks and scratches. The towels were old, with holes in them, the blankets were old, which made them unbreathable and made you sweat all night. The pillows were, yes: old and smelled like other people, which was really, really gross. The bathroom was like what I can only describe as a sanatorium or a prison bathroom, really different than the pictures on the website: tiny, barely any room to turn, old, small toilet and a weird, very uncomfortable metal sink. In general: the pictures on the website are very deceiving, not at all what you get. The heating didn't work properly and made lots of noise. The staff at the reception were too busy to help, but were otherwise, when they could, helpful and kind. Except a blonde, spiky hair guy, who was actually very rude, time and time again. I'm absolutely appalled at my experience here, I've never been in a hotel like this before. Whoever is running it is trying to get away with the cheapest crap, while charging visitors top price. Would not recommend it to my worse enemy. Again, besides the one guy at the desk, the staff were all lovely. Absolutely not their fault that this place is a hole.

Heerlijk rustig kunnen slapen, totaal geen lawaai van buren. Ontbijt was erg goed en uitgebreid.

Jammer dat bij het diner geen extra's werden voorgesteld. Het was fijn als er gevraagd zou zijn of ik friet bij mijn burger wil hebben of dat er tussendoor gevraagd zou zijn of ik nog iets te drinken wil of een dessert.

Moest 10 euro parkeergeld betalen omdat ik bij boeking.com had rereserveert. Dit was vooraf mij iet bekend

De ligging, inchecken en het interieur beneden. Hee goede douche, goede straal. Indiase tv-zenders. Toevallig kwamen we in het weekend waarop er veel te doen was in de stad. Het was feest wegens het nieuwe studiejaar. Kamer en badkamer waren schoon. Locatie erg fijn en het pand is mooi. Vriendelijk personeel bij de balie en schoonmaakpersoneel is ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Kamer en badkamer erg simpel. De kamerdeur zat vast en moest met veel kracht geopend worden. De cooler maakte veel herrie, maar wel fijn dat het er was, anders was de kamer te heet geweest. Gerechtjes restaurant en desserts waren mooi opgemaakt, maar het was smaakloos. Terwijl ik over de vegangerechten juist goeds heb gehoord. Ontbijt was niet inbegrepen, helaas was het te duur om de kamer en het ontbijt apart te boeken. Het bed lag niet goed. Ik heb niet zo goed geslapen. Misschien ook door de temperatuur op de kamer. De kamer is netjes, maar erg compact. Niet genoeg plek om spullen op neer te zetten, 1 klein bureautje. Klein kastje, weinig haken of ruimte op spullen op te plaatsen in de badkamer.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en de manier van een app contact is top. Je kan hierdoor al je vragen snel stellen en snel antwoord krijgen

Machine voor drank en snoep alleen muntgeld mag wel gedigitaliseerd worden. Koffie machine op de kamer. Nespresso?

Parkeren zat niet bij de prijs inbegrepen en kleine kamers met wasbak meteen naast bed.

The room was so clean, the room service people were so kind and well organized. Location of the hotel is super and the staff were so friendly.

158 euros a night for a 10 or 12 meters square room (with a view on their air conditioning system of the hotel) is a joke. However, staff is very nice and professional. And the location is great.

the room was extremely small, and the bathroom had a plug lose from the wall, and a leak in the sink. the shower was also very outdated. definitely not 4 stars standard.

We were there on freedom day. It was a perfect location. We were able to walk down to see the parade. We could see a lot of the entertainment right out of our windows.

There was a bad smell in the entire hotel coming from around the property. They must have used some fertilizer on the ground, it was so bad we couldn't open the window in the room. Be aware, if you book a room trough booking.com, you have to pay for parking. The hotel is comfortable for a short stay, but definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Nothing fancy, but the rooms are clean and the WiFi is usually good. Located close to town center and the bus station, and only 30 minute walk to the university campus. Good option for a short stay.
