Hot room, restaurant just under the hotel was a blessing in bad weather days

Cleaning service tried to come in mid day, around 14

room was spacious and spotless. staff were helpful and friendly. would recommend. it has benefit of Italian restaurant attached which is excellent. it is in a great location for small local deli’s. easy access to rink and amenities.

The only thing that would improve this hotel would be an elevator

Location is nice, room is spacious but there are many thing to improve there. Parking place is in front of hotel and is you can easily park your car.

1. Amanities are missing, the ones that are offered are like samples, you scissors to open. So bring your own shampoo/shower or buy in the nearby super market. 2. Pipes are not working properly. Every time that I push cauldron ("niagara") in other words, "water" came over the floor. Situation comes dangerous (slippery) and of course unhealthy. 3. Once I asked 3 times (started as of early morning) all the day to have an extra toilet paper .. Finally in the night, I came down again in the reception for an extra one. I thought that it costs nothing to have a second one in the WC.

The stuff were very pleasant. Good location to X-Bionic centre.

Room was above the restaurant, when cleaning a bit nosy but I take it into account.

Location. Staff was very nice too and gave us a free night due to the bed issues.

The beds. We asked for a double bed but this hotel claims to have only singles so we had two single beds next to each other. Asked for a double duvet but they didnt have it not even double bed sheets. Also no lift
