Had the worst meal in the restaurant,aspargus with ham the aspergus was over cooked ant totally smashed ,got a dessert as compensation which was ok ,hotel is very run down and need refurbishing and price is very overrated . Breakfast was as it is in holland nothing fancy

In general, the hotel is not bad, there are no complaints about the staff. but there is a significant problem with the equipment.

The air conditioner didn't work in my room. the manager at the reception said that it does not work in the entire hotel, only in ventilation mode, this is the policy of the company. as a result, inside the room is very hot, +27, it is very uncomfortable to sleep at night. Of course I can open the window, but it's also hot outside and mosquitoes fly at night. to solve the problem, the manager from the reception advised me to write an email to a certain office. with a two night stay, solving problems by email does not sound very realistic. To be honest, this is the first time I've come across a hotel with such a strange air conditioning policy.

month after our stay whole amount that was taken from my credit card was not returned!! I tried to contact booking.com, hotel but there is nothing happening!!! very dissapointing!! I felt like being robbed!!!

The hotel is easy to reach, parking with lots of space, good size room.

Fitness area is in the pool part of the building (means not the best air, extremely rusty device) and only 3 devices available.

we paid breakfast when we checked in. but when we were having breakfast, the waiter reminded us that we must pay, and when we were checking out, the front dest again asked us to pay. just don't understand how they manage the hotel.
