We booked a superior room on the 17th of this month, on arrivals we parked near the main entrance, at check-in we were given "one" key and told the room is this way went back to our vehicle collected our fairly heavy 4 luggage, went back to find our room, we walked over 10 minutes, we had no idea how far it was and how many floors up, we were breathless but the time we found it, for all you know there was car parking next to our block, why the receptionist didn't tell us !!! so I decided to bring our vehicle to the car park next to our block, after that I couldn't get back in the block because I need the room key, so I called my partner to come down and let me because we were only given 1 key. I wanted to have a romantic drink with my partner in our "superior" room but there were only paper cups provided, so my partner went to the bar to ask for 2 glasses with some ice, the bar made was so difficult, unhelpful and refused and she made us wait over 15 minutes at the bar feeling like beggers while she went to look for plastic white wine glasses,!!!!!!! after we insisted we were given 2 glasses ( how bizarre for a 4-star hotel ) Oh, the double bedroom we booked it was not as described, 2 single mattresses, I end sleeping extremely uncomfortable in the gap between them as they are easily parted. We are extremely regular travellers to the Netherlands and we hardly had any problems in other hotels Very disappointed

Facilities are amazing, a lot of things to do, swimming, bowling, casino, restaurant. Great concept and good price. The surrounding nature was beautiful.

Shover,bathtoom,bed.For that prise of money no water in the room.After shower is water everywhere in bathtoom.Two separet matrases is terible.I book one double bed with one matras.Will never again book that hotel.Sorry.

Rooms close to highway should have better isolation. Wooden frames of the rooms should be changed. Mattress is sleeping from the bed box, so should be changed, pillows are terrible uncomfortable.

wonderful spa - very comfortable and spacious room - i had a spa tub in my bathroom - the outside pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath are awesome even in the winter when it cold you can still enjoy the outdoor hot tub that is 42 Celsius - there is also an indoor pool with indoor spa so you can choose from outdoor spa and indoor spa - all these facilities are free of charge - there are also good massage and spa treatments that suits everyone’s need - although i was on a business trop traveling for work, it was great enjoying all these facilities - dinner prices are reasonable, breakfast is expensive - I’d like to inform you that this hotel is huge and has several wings: basic, superior, royal and i think a couple more - wonderful location not too far from my company.

the only downside to this hotel is the friendliness of the staff especially at the reception these girls don’t even know what smiling means and don’t even know how to be customer friendly - they are very unfriendly an this is a pity for such a nice hotel with all these wonderful facilities - I’d say get yourself a better staff group especially at the reception
