This was a great all inclusive hotel for families, as the facilities were really great for small children. My child loved the multiple pools, there were events going on during the day, and everything was within a small area. They also had playgrounds, and bikes, and really had all you needed to enjoy a trip with children.

I thought the food was below par. Nearly. all buffet food was below par, although there were a lot of options to bridge the gap. The food was fine for my child, but as someone who really enjoys nice food, i'd say it was not up to par.

Goede ontvangst gehad van de host Bob, deze was zeer toegankelijk behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het eten was uitstekend! zwembad mooi maar nog iets fris maar dat zal warmer worden door de oplopende natuurlijke temparatuur.

We hebben deze vakantie 2x de hotel bezocht ivm rondreizen in diverse hotels. Niets ten nadele van het personeel wat zeer vriendelijk is maar met een wachtrij zou het inchecken wat sneller mogen gaan. Voor de rest werken de mensen in de horeca behoorlijk hard en maken lange dagen. Ze mogen wat mij betreft die mondkapjes wel afdoen, dat kan niet gezond zijn om steeds met die maskers te moeten werken.

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location, right on Platja de Muro. The staff were super friendly and so accommodating. Martinete restaurant went out of their way to make my birthday an extra special one. Thank you Martinete! The rooms were clean and the food was the best I've ever had in an all inclusive.

Nothing, everything was great.

- Super close to the beach and the beach itself is amazing with plenty of space! - The kids' pool and water slides were just awesome! - The food was pretty decent. - Exciting evening entertainment program.

- Furniture and bathroom need renovation, all the tables had scratches. We changed the room and it was no difference. - Please, turn on coffee machines in the evening so that it is possible to get a tea or coffee in the buffet and not go to the bar.

This hotel is well located near the beach and two natural reservations. It is also a good starting point for trips by car or by bike. It is equipped with swimming pools and a lot of restaurants. Also evening cultural events are valuable. Our room was clean, all staff members were friendly. A free car parking is near the hotel.

The only disadvantage is difficult and slow travelling by car in all island, so you can´t reach many sightseeings, towns or natural points of interest in one day, if you also want to swim and rest on the beach. The offer of hotel bike rental was a bit weak.

I liked, that hotel is really close to the beach and even if you don't want to go there pool facilities are available for every wish: with small kids, with more calm atmosphere. Excellent massages. Excellent personnel at the reception and in SPA area. Excellent food. And I really mean it, I travelled a lot, but those 3 things were really excellent.

Despite the fact that beach is very close, you still need to go there and then you discover that hotel doesn't provide you with places/beds. You need to buy one double place for 14.5 euro/day. That was an unpleasant surprise for me since I purchased all inclusive trip. Comfortable beach is something I would find a must of being included. It was pretty strange to pay for safe usage/day and leave deposit for towels. Its ok, that service costs money, why not include that safe into the daily fee of the room, we are talking about 3 euros, why do you confuse your quests with these strange questions? Or maybe it was strange only for me. But I believe nobody would notice such small difference in the cost, but everybody would remember this strange conversation. The hotel needs to be a bit renovated, it didn't disturb us really much and when we were leaving, we learnt that renovation was planned for winter. So next season should not be so actual.

I didn’t understand why this hotel is so well rated because is clearly outdated , expensive and the food mediocre. The rooms need a serious renovation asap . The only good part was the staff, very friendly and helpful. And also the nearby beach is very beautiful .

BEACH AND STAFF AND PADEL TENNIS

The beach is brilliant: white sand, crystal waters, gentle waves, a beautiful walk of a few metres through the protected dunes and pines from the beach to the hotel. The evening entertainment was outstanding. The food was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pools were great.

Proximity to the beach. Buffet breakfast and dinner selections. Two room "family" rooms. Swimming pool. Nightly show. This is a "family" facility with lots of happy children.

Overpriced, not a good value. Instead of requested early, received late check in. Hotel does not offer it's own airport shuttle.

the location is perfect. 1 min from the beach and with a swimming pool perfect for families. the staff is very good and well organized. everything was clean all the time and all the services provided with high standards.we really enjoyed our time here. My son really enjoyed the mini disco with all the other children and also the shows in the evening. the food was really fantastic with great diversity.we will definitely come here for a third time .

the property is in an excellent location and the facilities were very good. There are a lot of swimming pools in the complex so you will always find space. They also organized a lot of activities for the kids and the organizing team is super great with kids; our daughter loved it. The evening entertainment program were super! The staff were really friendly and hospitable. A special word of appreciation for the restaurant staff and the hotel cleaning staff who did a great job!

the rooms were a bit dated and the bed could have been a bit more comfortable

I was very happy with the hotel and I enjoyd my stay very much. The breakfast buffet was very good. I especially liked that the hotel was next to the beach.

hotel is great for a family with a toddler has good play & water facilities for them to enjoy as well as the kids disco. family room size is fantastic. Pools are good.

Check in took quite long - due to staff shortage, prepare to wait. Staff very was very good, at every department . We had a room with side sea view at Building no 4, would have been good to know that the entertainment stage is quite close by and it can get very loud, also at some point there’s a dance disco and the music was extremely loud coming up to the room till about 01:00 am - not good with a toddler to put to sleep or trying to have some sleep, if you want to have a restful holiday. The food quality was good, but variety could have been better - missed vegetables that weren’t soaked in oil.. and the salad bar could have been a bit more exciting. children food choices could have been better, less fried options would have been nice - although I understand that majority of kids love nuggets & fries, pizza & pasta..maybe not every day.

Beach, food, location, room - everything was excellent.

staff were friendly and helpful. location was great for getting around. lovely beach location. entertainment was ok got better towards the end of our stay. free filtered water down the corridor.

room not particularly clean or kept clean. bath had rust and was cracked. no washing up cleaning facilities for the kitten area. cleaners came and changed towels each day and tidied up but didn’t really clean the surfaces. floor always felt gritty and dirty. drinks watered down or flat. had to pay for water when having evening meal.

The attention to details. The rooms were clean and the staff was polite. I liked the labels with ingredients available to all food servings.

The music was too loud for us in the evenings. It also didn't stop until close to 11pm. It would have be nice if the music wasn't so loud until so late in the night.

Lunch - a bit limited We arrived the day the hotel opened so some things were not completely ready (air conditioner not working), etc… But all in all, the staff kindness and other experiences in the hotel more than made up for it.

Gorgeous views, loved the all inclusive. Plenty of food options...similar to a cruise with set times.

We arrived late Fri and all meal times were taken, so we couldn’t eat with friends. The spa was full and the pedicure was not up to expectations.
