The staff was rude. The AC didn't work in my room.

Food was great, facilities are great. Not really a good location for a couples vacation but definitely a great spot for families.

Everything. Loads of activities to do for the kids. My eldest daughter (5 yo) loved the kids club the most. Food at buffet was nice. A lot of different selections. Cocktails were good. Staff were all very nice. I would recommend others to stay here. My daughters would love to come back every summer holiday.

Paying for a drink after 1am, its an expensive holiday, should still be able to drink past 1pm

Great Breakfast and Lunch selection great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loads of space and great pools. Only stayed for one night before moving to a Villa so limited on reviewing.

The actual room could probably do with modernisation / Refurbishment in the near future.

The staff were really friendly and the buffet had everything we could've wanted.

Building work still ongoing that should have really been completed in the off season., Some of the bar staff seem a little disinterested

the rooms are well restored and the personnel very friendly

the connected hotel giving access to all the facilities was closed and the main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner was missing personal. everyone was let in the restaurant without cleaning the tables….
