The pillows

The apartments were very well furnished, everything you need with self catering. Clean bedding, fresh towels etc. Reception staff helpful and really friendly. The pool was clean, plenty of loungers. Right next to beach and shops. In the quieter area and could scooter, bike, walk or taxi to Puerto del Carmen for a more lively day/evening out.

Nothing springs to mind. Everything was brilliant.

The complex is spread out over a very large area, with public areas & streets between some of the blocks. This means that the complex is basically an open one, so for some this lack of gated entry may be an issue, however the area is quiet and safe.

Always a friendly welcome, apartment smelt really clean (and was really clean). Maids are thorough, the outside of the properties are really well maintained, especially the little gardens. Nice quiet location but near enough to everything that you need for a great holiday. Ten minutes from the airport in a taxi which is also great.

- The hotel is far from the city center. There is a small commercial area, but very basic. The structure was selected only because on Booking.com was specified that “some swimming pools are heated” (even in July you can have cold and windy weather in Lanzarote). However, on my arrival I discover that this is NOT TRUE, since pools are heated “only in winter”. The temperature for that week ranged from 18 to 22 degrees Celsius... - A strong sewage smell came from the bathroom, where small (but harmless) insects gathered close to the window and wc. I reported it and was immediately offered the possibility to change with two other apartments. However, I decided to remain in the first one (keeping the bathroom door closed and window open) because it had a much better view and natural light - One morning I opened a folded body towel delivered on the previous day and found it heavily stained, so I called the reception to ask to have it changed as soon as possible, since I had to take my shower and leave. The receptionist answered that “towels are not changed every day”. I tried to explain that the towel was still unused BUT stained. The receptionist was very unpolite, quite on the aggressive side. She also said that I should have checked the towel when they were delivered (??). The clean towel was delivered four hours after. - The iron safe, which has to be payed extra, was rusty and positioned in the lower corner of the wardrobe, not an easy access. - The wc was close to the bathroom window which was close to the main door, and without curtains. You could greet people directly from the wc from behind the frozen glass ;) - On my arrival I noticed that some bars of the window protection grid in the bedroom had been sawn... Since a few previous reviews on Booking.com reported cases of stolen goods, I reported it.

The apartment was clean,bright and spacious.The staff where very pleasant and helpful.Would definitely stay again.

We had a late flight home and there was no shower room to use.

we stayed in block 2 this time, everything was 10/10 as usual. even better as closer to the main square

I loved the location! 1 min walking from the seaside , where you have a lovely 10km path staring to arrecife or on the opposite side to playa del Carmen. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

They can improve the pillows. Too soft.

Everything!!! The place was so nice, very spacious and comfortable and had everything needed for a relaxing holiday! We booked a premium apartment and were therefore close to everything, the outdoor shopping centre had the most sensational food! Every single restaurant served extraordinary food and the staff were all so lovely around the whole complex. I would 1 million percent recommend going here, if I could rate it higher I would. The Rancho Texas park and the Aqualava park are some further places I would recommend going as these were just as good. Highly, highly, highly recommend. Thank you for the most amazing stay ever!!!

Nothing at all, it was absolutely perfect. Just as an additional note, it is quite windy in Lanzarote, although this definitely wasn’t a problem as in 31 degree heat the breeze is actually quite refreshing.

Wi-Fi was extremely poor . stayed in block 8, pool area could do with painting. I’ve stayed here a few times & I do find the beds uncomfortable, therefore, I try to stay elsewhere.

It was close to the beach and the square In Matagorda. The appartment was very clean and spacious with the staff being very friendly.

There was no negative points.

The standard apartments.did ask to upgrade they took us showed us then said but sorry not available. Why bother showing us then?
