Breakfast is great. They have a good spread of dishes. The service is exceptional, everyone at the hotel is friendly, helpful and courteous. The prices are quite reasonable. The property is nice and clean, rooms are spacious and there are 2 pools outside and inside. If the weather is cold then the indoor heated pool is great. They also have a spa (paid), free access to sauna and steam room and some exercise options.

The vegetarian options for dinner was limited

Service from the staff was excellent from start to finish. David by the pool was great. Food was great, and plenty of choice. Gardens are well kept and the spa, pool were fab. I highly recommended the sports massage..

Only one thing was a surprise, suite 2307 the drawers were all broken, not what I expected for the rating. As long as you did not want to use them, the room was great otherwise. There was more than enough wardrobe space.

The food generally was excellent particularly the first night on Friday. There was a complimentary drink for us as we entered the restaurant on Friday aswell, The spa facilities were lovely and it was very relaxing break. Also have to mention the Motown singer on Friday night was superb.

The only thing was on Saturday there were alot more people and I felt a bit harassed in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast the next morning. It didn't feel there was quite enough staff for the volume of people. But the people who were working were extremely polite and worked very hard.

The extremely friendly staff made the difference. Great team!

every attention to detail cared for. from arriving to leaving. what an amazing hotel. the spa facilities were top notch, food was exemplary and you felt really looked after

getting new pool towels were a little issue, it was very humid and they were not drying. there is only two slots in the day you can change these. it should be possible to do all day as we had to change our plans to wait for the towel swapping moment

The Hotel was clean and immaculate. great location, best hotel by far in the resort.

Slightly disappointed there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, also no iron/ironing board, as expected for a 5* Hotel.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Very clean. Food was good. We had a suite which was nice and spacious. No fight for the sunbeds around the pool. Peaceful and relaxing. Most nights the entertainment was very good. Good location for Sa Coma and Cala Bona.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I wouldnt say it was quite a 5 star because there was a few things like chipped furniture and a broken draw in the room. The bathroom needs an update. The swimming pool is nothing like the picture thats shown. Although it was nice and large its a bit misleading.
