Dark room, square toilet - very uncomfortable. Mould in shower. Bed smelt of urine. No hot water in the morning - had to have cold shower.

Great location; interesting building. Super restaurant and quite a nice pool

Room small. But was a basic room and fine for our needs. Water not hot enough and bathroom fan didn’t work. Garden and pool closed at 8 pm. Was hoping to take a coffee out and read. First and second day there was no service by the pool. Third day there was. Much better!

5 minutes walk to the old town of Arles. free gift lavender bag for the guest. Dinner is very good.

Great location, especially for Saturday markets as these are directly outside. Staff are very helpful. The water, juices and nightly chocolates put in room are an appreciated touch to our stay.

The bathroom. A black square toilet is the most uncomfortable and unfunctional toilet I have sat on. The black bath is not much better. The vanity basin is not practical for washing hands or having tape on low flow as water doesn't stay within the sink. Plus, there is nowhere to put the soap. The hot water flow is very low.

Adorable, helpful and most welcoming staff!

The hotel was obviously understaffed during the Xmas holidays and it showed on various occasions: breakfast buffet, new year's eve dinner at the restaurant, spa... That being said, the personel did everything they could to make sure guests have the best possible time. In the room (2nd floor suite), despite the avant-garde decor, we missed basic amenities like the ability to dim the lights (or at least have some sort of ambient lighting): it was either very bright or too dark. Also, absent was any sort of workable bedside lighting: to read a book lying in bed we had to keep the strong ceiling lights on. Finally, we would have really loved some kind of hooks or chair or something to hang our clothes on. Bottom line: the room looked good but lacked functionality.

strange and disturbing decor did not promote a restful night. too many patterns and colors going on at once. whole hotel is badly in need of renovation, especially bathrooms
