Staff were very rude

This is a very tired and worn property. The air conditioning was not adjustable due to a broken thermostat and ac was inadequate to cool the room. We did have a fan so that helped. Family of four but only towels for two persons. It’s 2024, so the hotel need to update its charging capabilities. No usb outlets and only one free electrical outlet. In order to plug in our converters, we had to unplug two lamps. How hard is it to have modern lamps with usb outlets like much of the developed world? The coffee machines in the breakfast were broken but there was a single carafe of filtered coffee, so that was good. One staff member was great and one we encountered seemed to just be punching the clock. Avoid this place if at all possiblem.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. They were stinky, noisy and none of us slept through the nights we were there. The staff cannot be bothered. We would not be returning to this place.

il faisait une chaleur epouvantable dans les chambres et la clim ne fonctionnait pas . On m'avait indiqué qu'un bus deposait les passagers depuis l'aeroport , j'ai attendu 45 mn et si tous les autres bus passaient devant moi celui qui etait supposé deservir l'hotel n'est jamais arrive . Je me rendais à une conférence , cela veut dire que je n'etais pas la seule a emprunter ce bus ; à l 'accueil on m' a dit " cela arrive parfois " aucune excuse, pas de message aux clients etrangers qui arrivent à l'aeroport ... lamentable ....

I enjoyed the brief stay. Having access to the Club Lounge was a bonus thank you.

Taxis are expensive from a close by airport.

Room was lovely, gentleman that checked us in was an absolute sweetheart.

The restaurant was virtually empty, yet it still took 45 minutes for a pizza and a Cesar salad ! It cost us £72

Seriously worst hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. There are plenty around. AC wasn't working. The room was 30°C. Ridiculous. Apparently because of the 'heatwave' (it was 23°C outside). According to other reviews the AC has been out of order for a year now. I was moved into another room which was equally bad plus tiny. So not only were the conditions unacceptable, I was also downgraded without any compensation. Everything in this hotel is falling a part or broken. It's like a green house with absolutely zero air circulation. You can barely breathe. Windows don't open either. It has a low budget old las vegas hotel feel. The shower was so tiny, I could barely turn around and had the gross shower curtain stuck to me the whole time. The price is outrageous. GBP 50 a night would be too much. NEVER again.

We had booked rooms for our daughter's wedding at Sheraton. I felt there was no communication between staff and at change of every shift it was annoying to give everyone explanation as to why rooms were booked in different names. I hav several issues with wedding that I need not mention here as this is accomodation only. Overall staff at reception was very rude and one of them shouted at us too.I will take this matter seperately

5th visit when flying from Heathrow, really handy

The price for 3people was ok for the location. Also, the public transport was nearby. Electric kettle, iron was there.

There were not enough towels in the room but they were brought immediately when requested. When returning from an event on 6May in the morning around 5am (sober and properly dressed) we were almost not let in. The main door was closed due to security reasons ans we were met at the emergency door by 2 staff members. After telling the number of our room (we were asked to repeat it several times) we were almost not let in. It was the first time I encountered something like that in a hotel. Next, the AC in our room was broaken and we could not turn down the temperature. It was very hot and stuffy in the room. If informed cleaning ladies who brought us the requested towels but nobody came to repair anything and we stayed in the room in that condition till the end of our visit. Lastly, when writing to the hotel usually it took a long time to receive and answer (sometims a day)

Great location,breakfast and park and stay facility

We like this place because it was close to the airport and we could book it right away once our flights were disrupted. The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful since I had to rebook for another night. The staff at the Sports Bar were just top notch, they were quick when we ordered food to go (dinner) and helped us very quickly and efficiently. Akshay & Lalldeo at the reception were very caring as professional. There is a Starbucks in the lobby so quick to get some great coffee and hot sandwiches as well. They also have an Uber station so you can order one from the lobby without using your own device as well as the Hoppa Bus to the airport if needed. They provided us with a trolley since we had lots of suitcases so we could push it to our rooms. The rooms were cleaned nicely and very well lit and they offer one bottle of water complimentary in the room.

Housekeeping knocks your door early in the morning although there was privacy on the door. One lady cleaned the room and didn't refill toilet paper or towels, so we had to ask once we saw her in the corridor. Then they knocked out of nowhere saying they are just checking. The room smelled like disgusting sweat of the personnel after they cleaned up which was not the best (we had 2 rooms). The cabinet under the sink was broken in one of the rooms, no hot water from the shower even my daughter wanted to stay in the tub however couldn't since the water was lukewarm to cold. You can hear everything or every noise in the corridor specially at nightfall. There is nothing in the surrounding besides a McDonalds, but that's fine for short stay as the prices of small bottles of water in the lobby was high...

Front of house, reception area portrayed high end hotel

When you get to your room, you realise they’ve spent all the money on front of house image…. No tv, no air con, rooms are very very tired !!!

Neat and clean with crisp bed linen and fluffy towels. Particularly pleased with the reception staff member Anish who was so helpful and kind.

Hotel in a convenient position, close to Heathrow airport. Great if you are leaving the UK early in the morning. Clean room, no dust mites.

Not a fan of the shower/bath with a curtain in the bathroom.

It was not prepared as I expected, no toiletries, no slippers have to call multiple times to ask for supplies. No assistance for luggages it’s simply a do it yourself system.

The hotel is very dated. The room wasn't particularly clean. Had to return to Reception twice on arrival, 1st time as the key cards didn't work, 2nd time as where the control for the air conditioning should have been, was missing so had to change room. Food was overpriced. Pool was closed. Desperately needs updating!

Was disappointed, the pool was not on And the air-conditioning is not working we were there for two nights on . the temperature range to 3o-32 degrees outside  Will not recommend  .
