Comfortable bed. Clean

My room was opposite the entrance door to the floor, so intermittent noise. The bottle of water was left in the window in direct sunlight /heat. No fridge in supreme room.

Location was great

Busy reception at times was a wait. But that is all.

Good location, staff were helpful and for London the cost to stay was reasonable

The size of the single room is quite small

Staff very happy to help at the front desk. Clean and comfortable room.

No gluten free options for breakfast. Quite loud when other people are moving around the corridors (doors). Internet drops out loads.

Elevator was too slow

Really clean and nicely furnished. Staff were helpful. The location is outstanding vs tube and rail. Comfy bed.

Early check in charged at hourly rate and not said before arriving. TV kept on not working. And WiFi was really slow. Having to work in my room with my laptop and a slow connection it's not great.

La situation de l'hôtel est top, près de plusieurs stations de métro qui desservent différentes lignes, parfait pour se déplacer facilement. L'hôtel est très propre, accueillant, les chambres sont bien équipées, literie confortable, la chambre et la salle de bain sont très propres. Le personnel est avenant et très souriant. Le petit déjeuner est top.

Le seul bémol, pour nous, est un léger bruit de fond du métro auquel nous ne sommes pas habitués mais l'hôtel fournit des bouchons d'oreilles qui nous ont permis de ne pas entendre ce léger bruit et de très bien dormir

Ottima posizione, facili collegamenti con l’aeroporto di Londra city e il resto della città. Staff cordiale e disponibile Camera dotata di bollitore elettrico, te’ caffè , più altri accessori per il bagno molto utili e comodi per un lungo soggiorno. Letto comodo

Forte presenza di umidità in camera e sulle tende, che unitamente alla moquette non rendono le condizioni ideali per chi soffre di riniti e allergie. Camera molto piccola, che per fortuna ci è stata sostituita successivamente con una leggermente più grande. Purtroppo al nostro rientro in camera abbiamo trovato anche le valigie aperte dalle donne delle pulizie, tuttavia non avendo nulla di valore all’interno non ci è stato comunque sottratto nulla. In ogni caso ritengo che sia grave in un hotel a 4 stelle. In ultimo, durante la nostra permanenza di 5 gg hanno effettuato dei lavori di tinteggiatura muri nei corridoi, quindi vi era un forte odore di pittura per il quale mi sarei aspettata almeno le scuse per il disagio arrecato.
