Shower didn’t drain but the hotel responded and promptly sent maintenance to fix the issue.

Location is convenient and accessible. Really good that they have a night reception for late check-in.

The free wifi didn’t really work in our room which was on level 1.

Comfortable and quiet in a reasonable location on a nice crescent within ten minutes of King’s Cross. Bed was comfy and room had good back out curtains.

Bathroom was quite tight with tired fixtures and fittings.

Only the breakfast on the second day. The first day sausage was too hard

The room was small, I had a toilet outside my room which I did not expect, no soap to bath, heating is controlled- comes on only for 3 hours a day from 8pm to 11pm despite the cold that was in the room.

Perfect and rather quiet location, very close to public transport. Bars, restaurants, cafes and shops also just around the corner. Very lively area. My room was spotless and the staff absolutely friendly and helpful. Will stay here again

Estuve en la habitación 41, que era pequeñisima, y eso por un precio bastante alto (GBP 118)

Etablissement proche de la gare terminus de l'Eurostar, mais un peu à l'écart de la rue principale, donc très peu bruyante. Très propre, personnel très agréable . Petit déjeuner parfait pour nous en quantité et qualité . pour le soir, possibilité de trouver facilement à se nourrir .

Le seul petit point moins sympa, notre chambre était au dernier étage, et à la fin d'une grande journée de marche, l'escalier était un peu dur ; mais cela ne m'empêcherait pas de réserver à nouveau dans cet établissement .

L’emplacement par rapport à la gare Saint Pancrace, la proximité des transports en commun, la situation au cœur de Londres. Le personnel était très accueillant. La chambre très propre et confortable ! Le petit déjeuner copieux, avec des gens extrêmement agréables pour s’occuper de vous. Nous souhaitons y retourner dès que possible Merci

Heating in room. During a cold night the room temp dropped very low.

Easily accessible, .close to public transport and Euston station. Dainty room, impeccably clean. Delicious fresh breakfast, very pleasant staff. Safe area, lovely park at the front.

I found it all more than adequate.

L’emplacement près de la gare Saint Pancras International et près des stations de métro principales. Le calme du quartier est appréciable le soir et la nuit. Le personnel est serviable et le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux.

The hotel is fantastic, it's located near underground stations and is perfect to know the main attractions in London, the breakfast is delicious was a big surprise, the room is perfect to rest, we had hot water to the take a shower each day and the room has a great view of the park.

Śniadania smaczne. Kawa z ekspresu bardzo dobra. Soki smaczne. Obsługa miła i uczynna. Czysto. Pokoje bardzo ładne. Obsługa także w j. polskim (duży +). Hotel blisko stacji kolejowej i metra. Bardzo dobry jako baza na wycieczki.

Brakowało świeżych warzyw do śniadania (np pomidorów lub ogórków). Należy wziąć pod uwagę, że nie ma windy.

Old building so much creaking of floorboards above, room SO hot overnight, minor issues of a most pleasant stay.

The neighborhood/ location is excellent, very easy to get to any tube lined and busses, everything at walkable distance, but also it is very quite which is ideal for sleeping. Around there are many places where you can go for breakfast and try new things or in the hotel itself.

Maybe the rooms could have a small mini fridge

Viajamos en sept/23 en familia y el alojamiento cumple con lo indicado. Algo a destacar es el entorno tranquilo. Existen varios locales entre este hotel y la estación de metro King Cross/Sant Pancras para poder comer. El desayuno era variado y de buena calidad. el personal del hotel muy amable,. Respecto a su ubicación, esta es super buena, al estar muy cerca de la estación de tren y metro King Cross/Sant Pancras, lo cual ayuda mucho en los desplazamientos por la ciudad. Algo a considerar es que no cuenta con elevador, por lo cual para las maletas mas grandes (de 23 kg) es un poco complicado subirlas, las de cabina no son problema y las de tamaño medio, un poco difícil.

Que no tuviera ascensor, pero eso se debe al estilo de casas del sector, en lo demás un alojamiento recomendable 100%. muy útil su ubicación si usaras el transporte publico.
