The location was great - we had a sea view which was lovely. The man who worked there was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was also very nice.

The Wi-fi was an issue. It was not there for a while and then was intermittent. I was frustrated with this as I couldn’t get a reception anyway and was unable to check my work emails. The lady working there was rude to me when I complained. She later apologised but it ruined the experience for me. The shower was either cold or scorching hot so I didn’t have one on the last day. The toilet wasn’t very good and took about an hour to refill which wasn’t good.

Very welcoming hosts. Rooms and Bathroom exceptionally clean. BRILLIANT instant hot shower. The window blind was great as it gave privacy whilst still being able to see the sea view. Service and quality of food at breakfast was superb, especially enjoyed the fruit pots and the "Harlech" sausages. Can't wait to book my next stay.

Suggestions: Dressing table area could do with a large mirror that you can light up for doing make-up and hair. I know pillows are a personal preference but the offer of a soft feather pillow would have been lovely as mine were all quite "solid".

Everything was "spot on". The hosts are delightful, helpful and very friendly.

We was welcomed personally by the owners clair and dave who took us strait to our room to relax whilst explaining the brecky times... All in all it was a brilliant weekend.... Thanks guys hope to see you again real soon 😊👍

Nothing carnt fault in anyway

Right on the prom and convenient for the town centre . easy to find and parking on the prom free after 4.00pm Toiletries a nice touch in the bathroom. Shower was good size and water was hot. It was so quiet although every room was booked we heard no noise at all from the other guests. Breakfast was really good (pre order the night before)and prompt and attentive service.

The room could be better cleaned (lots of dust). Very weak Wi-Fi in my floor, most of the time not working. Very small window. Too expensive for what is offered. Not value for money.
