Staff were kind and made us very welcome as if we were at home with the friendliness of them. Nice views of the beach. Brilliant, warm buffet breakfast, plenty of variety of breakfast options would recommend to everyone. Will be back again.

The staff went above and beyond. Letting us park in the staff parking spots when there wasn’t space in the car park and putting our baby’s milk in the staff fridge. Breakfast was also great. Staff were accommodating to food preferences

Day staff and staff on at breakfast service could not do any more for us, absolutely amazing. Location perfect and gorgeous see view.

Wi-Fi problems inc it not always reaching the room and night staff unwilling to help. Just as a heads up the mobile signal is so poor for some suppliers here. Also there was no hot water in the day but the staff fixed that quickly

Big party arrived on the friday and they kept all their doors open and were noisy.

Exceptionally clean quite basic but staff very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent both breakfast and evening meal. Very impressed will definitely visit again.

Would of been nice if the big ballroom was used for meals, and maybe some sort of entertainment maybe just at the weekend.

The room and hotel were exceptionally clean and the rooms were tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! There was enough for everyone, the staff were attentive and replaced items or cleared away promptly and really, really friendly. Cannot fault the service.

Our room didn't have bedside tables and that really was a pain. My hubby didn't like the sausages but I don't eat them so can't comment.

Staff were nice enough, but bathroom a nitemare had to step up to use toilet very awkward..if anyone who is a large size was allocated the room they would not have been able to use toilet as you are literally stuck between a wall and a shower door have to get off toilet to clean urself it was awful ...also dogs allowed so above us was a staff jumping round till early hours not ideal when your hubby is ill with cancer 😔

Toilet , lift is very very slow breakfast was lovely and dining area spotlesd couldnt fault it and beds spotless which is what i look for ripped wallpaper and worn carpets but they were closing for refurb the day we left was dissappointed when i asked if i could cancel a week before due to my hubbys poor health as he had been admitted into hospital ..told no i would not get any refund at all if we didnt turn up ..under the circustances i thought this was unfair as it was unexpected that he would end up in hospital ...we decided to go but hubby was too poorly to eat 😢

What a lovely hotel this is overlooking the seafront we booked in for 3 nights over the New year we had a double room on the third floor which was very clean and spacious also had a nice comfy bed. The hotel is very close to the beach pubs and shops etc, all the staff was very welcoming and friendly also rather helpful and would do anything for you to make your stay enjoyable. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel which was very nice indeed
