Great location, only a short distance from town, beach and pier. Lovely clean and airy room. Good breakfast and staff were all friendly and helpful.

The stairs were a challenge, but thanfully staff offered to take our case up for us.

For once everything lived up to the hype and the photos. large spacious victorian room with all modern facilities. Pretty quirky and attractive. The onsite Bistro [breakfast and dinner] was absolutely marvellous [ including decor] with excellent service and an extremely high standard of food. To be perfectly honest the standard set in the bistro befitted a very high class restaurant. Far better than many notable restaurants we use. It was like 1st class silver service with bistro atmosphere. Food cooked and presented individually - hot and very fresh and on warmed plates, wonderful wine selection and all served by a small but happy group of people who shone at their jobs.You'll want for nothing. Breakfast was just the same. All exceptional! Owners have great knowledge of the local facilities and places to visit.

Due to the fact it was a traditional victorian house there are some problems of stairs for people of limited mobility and although they organised the parking for us very well it sometimes takes quite a bit of manoeuvring. Location was excellent for easy access to all local facilities and promenade but of course Llandudno is a tightly built resort and neighbouring properties are quite close by. Venetian blinds needed to be used.

Superb position, superb staff, superb large room with excellent fittings. Bed was extremely comfortable. Large flat lcd tv. Loose leaf tea and coffee bags. Great breakfast . Off road parking

This place is amazing, I'm so glad we booked it. We were greeted on arrival by Brian who is lovely and friendly, he showed us to our huge room with a walk thru closet leading to a large bathroom. The place was spotless and there were complimentary drinks and cakes in the fridge. The location is great, we were just off the seafront near to the pier, we could see the sea from our room. We absolutely loved it here and will definitely go back. The breakfast in the morning was included even tho it's not mentioned on the booking and it was one of the best I've had anywhere, the mushrooms were fantastic, the young guy serving us was really friendly, helpful and polite, couldn't have been a nicer experience all round really.

We found parking on the road just up from Snooze so no problems but it was quite busy even tho it was mid week in April so not sure about summer time, though there could have been private parking somewhere.

Good clean spacious accommodation. Friendly staff. Location a few yards from sea front and short walk to town centre. Breakfast was generous including a vegetarian option. Highly recommended place to stay if you are visiting Llandudno

We had a fabulous stay at Snooze. We had a great room with large, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with superb shower. The food was first class, we ate in the restaurant - the delicious seafood platter - and had a spectacular breakfast. Mouth wateringly delicious food which is worth paying the extra for as it was such a treat. Compliments to the chef! Finally, we'd like to thank Kieran and Brian for looking after us so well. What a fantastic team - a credit to the establishment. We will definitely stay at Snooze again when in Llandudno. Many thanks to all who made our visit perfect.

Could not fault a thing!

We had such a lovely evening, the staff were very welcoming on arrival, showed us up to our room, the room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had an evening meal at the property which is tapas style food, a great selection on the menu and very tasty! This was our first time visiting Llandudno and we will most defiantly be visiting snooze again. Thank you

Location is great, the rooms were large and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was also great quality and plentiful.

There are a LOT of stairs and no lift. Not a big problem for the reasonably-fit, and we'll worth the climb.
