The location was good as it was close to the motorway network

There wasn't much of a choice for breakfast

Room was very well laid out, bed and pillows very comfortable, walk in shower was excellent

Breakfast excellent location good.

Shower taps need attention cannotcontrol temperature. Fan needs attention, heavy condensation in bathroom,needed to leave door open and still fogged up. A little more attention to maintenance would improve

Lounge and bar are nice and alive. Staff polite and helpful.

Some of the areas are run down and are in need of refurbishment

Everything was brilliant, came down from Scotland to visit family. Special shout out to the life guard with long dark blonde hair and tattood arm who helped me with the pool facilities and held my glasses for me when I was blind as a bat without them! Didn't catch her name but I hope she gets recognised for the help she gave me. Big thanks !! :)

Unfortunately received a bit of attitude from a housekeeper when I asked for fresh towels and she said I wasn't on her list and refused to give me any so I had to ask reception for clean towels.
