The apartment is well located, just a block from the river and near many restaurants. The place itself is simple but has all the amenities you might need. The wi-fi was good.

The room was very hot and there is no AC. There is a fan, but then you need to have the door openm which faces the courtyard where the kitchen of the restaurant next door opens into. It is an awkward setup. When I visited there was a heat wave, so I imagine this is not an issue most of the time.

The location was perfect. It offered easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shops. The value for money was very good. The accommodation was clean and equipped with the essential amenities needed for a pleasant stay. We would definitely consider booking this place again for it's location, affordability, and overall comfort.

The only aspect that dampened our overall satisfaction was the presence of I think the restaurant staff talking in the garden and working after 2 a.m. This unfortunately affected our rest, but it seemed to be an isolated incident during our stay and the overall experience was comfortable.

Location

Kitchen was very poorly equipped. No sink plug or washing up bowl. It was noisy from the surrounding cafe and opening the window led to cigarette smoke smell from cafe staff break. Insecure window lock. Lack of shower curtain. The room was too hot, with no apparent control.

The location was perfect. It was also very nice that we had a small kitchen.

The property was very dated, especially the bathroom which didn’t have a shower curtain and you could see that it was old. Also it was very noisy between two restaurants.

The location in city centre is good...Noisily place ever one side restaurant kitchen to2300, other side cafe kitchen starting at0600 am everyday. Cleaning and room suboptimal although bedsheets good. Front door opens into loads of bins of restaurant.backyard. Lghts broken in bathroom. Kitchen drain connected with cafe drains, so very noisy. Left one night early as couldn't stand it.

I liked the location, nearby the town center and the studios comfort and cleanliness.

I didn't enjoy very much waking up early in the morning with the kitchen's noise from the Café beside the room.

Central location, coffe place next door. Good internet connection ( but do not take care about stained wrinkled piece of paper just check the router for right password) Kitchen to prepare my own meal well equipped but missing kitchen knife to cut your veggies or bread. There are only utensils available. Quite comfy bed but make sure that you are early inn ;)

Definitely the fact that apartment its located next to the garbage dump, literally you can smell the rubbish while laid down on the bed....I even dont wanna think how disgusting can be the smell in the summer! Second...Very noisy in the morning, apartment located in between of two back door entrance to kitchen from the restaurants next door...at 6.30 am you definitely will be on your feet since the employee throws away all glass and bottles and start to work. I suggest that ovner spend at list one night...Some details need updates, especially chain at the entrance door and broken cabinet with rusty screws in bathroom !!!
