Genel olarak temiz ve çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi.ilk girdiğimiz andan itibaren tüm çalışanlar sizlere yardımcı olmak için çalışıyorlar.beach ortamı güzel ve eğlenceli yemeklerde yöresel olarak baharat kullanıldığı için bizlere biraz tadı farklı geldi lakin hepsi lezzetliydi.

Beachteki şenzlonglar değiştirilmeli yada tamir edilmeli.Ve girişteki ikram ettikleri harika kurabiye günde 1 kez ikram edilmeli :)

Every thing was absolutely amazing.. Form the looby staff to the resort and especially Mr. Mohammad Barakat special thanks to him. Mr abd Elrahim at the restaurant was amazing with his service. House keeping Mr. Haleem such a good clean and his service was excellent. Thanks to everyone at that amazing Resort

After all everything was good. Some Notes about the food was mostly the same for the whole week of my stay, but the food was excellent and tasty. Some of the staff was kind of rood and bad behavior unfortunately.

Location is good

Staff is asking too many questions which is annoying. These questions dont change any thing, its just a cultural thing, asking lots of things instead of working.

موقعه قريب من سوهو الاطلاله ع المسبح مباشره الموظفون ودودين خدمة الغرف ممتازه وتم تلبية جميع الطلبات الالعاب المائيه الفعاليات فعاليات الاطفال

بعده عن الشاطئ الاكل غير متنوع القيمه عاليه مقابل الخدمه

الموظفين جدا رائعين خاصتا الموظفه فاطمه كانت جدا متعاونه ومهتمه لاقامتنا داخل المنتجع وكل شيء كان تمام وبكرر الزياره ان شاء الله

الاكل اتوقع لو تتحسن جودته يكون افضل لكن مع ذلك جمل 7 / 10

We appreciated the effort and we have a great stay in doubletree by Hilton . We would like to thank Mariam guest relations, she is helpful and so cute 🥰 also captain atef in the restaurant. المكان رائع من حيث الخدمات و العاملين في الفندق و الغرفه نظيفه و ويتميز الفندق بالهدوء و الراحه و فرق الترفيه رائع والطعام جيد وشكرا خاص لاستاذه مريم علي حسن تعاملها و علي انها دايما كانت موجوده ف فتره الاقامه تعبناها كتيير قوى و ده شكر بسيط لحقها 😇😇 مالك كمان بيشكرك علي الكوكيز

Team member Mohamed Barakat was very attentive

Although this property is a short shuttle ride from the actual beach, their manmade beach and massive pool negate the need for the salt water in your eyes! Vibrant atmosphere and plentiful staff/amenities in the pool area as well . . . plenty of activities to enjoy or even watch. Rooms are very spacious and fairly modern, while food selections in the restaurants was great too. Just a 5 minute walk from SOHO Square, which is worth several visits!

I would have liked different restaurant hours- coming from very distant time zones, appetites vary greatly. Even a sandwich snack service would be a great asset.

Konumu çok çok iyi. Havalanına 10 dakika mesafede. Soho’ya ise yürüme mesafesinde. Plajı oldukça güzeldi. Resifler zaten anlatılmaz yaşanır. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler. Özellikle resepsiyonda bulunan Mohammed Barakad her konuda bize çok destek oldu.

Sadece arapça müzikler bazen fazla geliyordu. Daha az yerel müzik çalmalı.
