The price was really good for what I have gotten. The room was quite big and warm. Room service available

The shower didn’t have a step to prevent the water from getting all over the bathroom floor The maid didn’t know that we were still in the room and woke us up

Each single bed was maximum 70cm wide - see pic attached to compare with remote control / tooth brush. Room is not even half the size shown on pic. Mold in the bathroom, mirror was broken, disgusting smell when opened the window, dirty carpet, furniture was falling apart - room needs renovation! Hotel is inbetween 2 streets and you hear every car all night long. Additionally it was impossible to turn off the bathroom ventilator so that added some noise. Only 1 small towel and when asked for additional one the staff didn't even bother to wash hands after smoking and gave us the towel.

Not possible to regulate temperature in the room. Too hot. Not possible to sleep with open window. Tiny bathroom and very poor shower facility.

The staff is always friendly and the breakfast always good. Location is great and rooms are comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel many times before. It was a little disappointing to find out about the change of “dogs in restaurant policy”. Previously they were able to accompany us for our meals which is now no longer possible meaning we have to eat outside. In the winter time this will make this hotel unattractive for dog owners.
