Frühstück hat meine Erwartungen nicht getroffen, es war ein normales Frühstück ohne Besonderheiten.Kein Wasser.Obst standard. Restaurant mit ewiger Wartezeit für das Essen obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren und teuer zudem.Paulaner Bier but temperiert und lecker. Zimmer schon recht alt.

Hotel in una zona comoda. Davanti alla metro e di fianco ad un grande centro commerciale. Non ho avuto grandi problemi di comunicazione. Colazione con buona varietà.

Hotel di lusso, ma un po' invecchiato. Avevo una camera con accesso alla lounge. Il personale è gentile, ma la disponibilità di bevande e snack limitata.

Excellent petit déjeuner varié. Lit très confortable, Salle de bain bien équipée avec produits de qualité.

Le Wifi pas toujours stable. Odeur résiduelle de cigarette dans la chambre. Restaurant chinois n'accepte plus de client à 20h30 un vendredi.

Room was big, bed comfy, breakfast.

No one at the reception could speak decent English. Neither at the bar. I'm not talking about "let us discuss Joyce's work" English, I'm talking about "can we have some fries" or "can you make an invoice with this company name on it". Nothing. Absolutely zero. They tried their best with some apps, and I appreciate the effort. But it's still unacceptable. The bar had has pay drinks the moment they put it on the table, as if we were going to run away for those 10$. The room stinks of cigarette smoke and is not sparkling clean. The air conditioning during the night sounded like being in a plane. They hacked the energy saving system by putting in a card which makes sure all lights are on, for hours, prior to one's arrival. The card is MADE FOR this purpose and proudly indicates so on it, so that it's obvious the hotel has absolutely no care in the world for climate change, contrary to what the chain says on their website. All of this would have been bad but acceptable for a "normal" hotel. For a self described luxury hotel all of those points are, each one alone, unacceptable.
