Strategic location hotel room is clean quite and friendly staffs

The location is great. Close to a couple of metro stations, corner store next door. The staff were also very helpful during check in, and check out. Even assisting with ordering a taxi.

The room had an odd smell, but nothing unbearable.

I was allowed to check in early because my flight arrived in the early morning, and the hotel was operating well below capacity with many rooms not booked the night before and lots of availability.

Because the night manager so kindly allowed me to check in early and go straight to my room rather than sleep in the hotel lobby and wait for access to the room that was already vacant and clean) the senior day manager later made her ask that I pay for an additional nights accomodation, because the hotel had empty rooms the night before and were clearly being extremely opportunistic, selfish and greedy. I was notified that if I did not meet this demand for the additional day fee, then there was a strong chance that the night manager would have to make up this fee from her own wage. I was so upset by all of this and eventually had the management agree with a promise not to garnish the wages of the night manger.

Great big room with lots of space. Bathtub was a huge hit with my son as well. Enjoyed the happy decor of the room, and the fact that it had a separate sitting room, with a couch. Staff very helpful and friendly too!

Only problem was location of the hotel, it's not quite near Futian train station, and a little too far from Luohu border station as well. However, hotel is just a few hundred meters from a subway station, and the staff were super friendly.

location is good, close enough to eating places and some parks. hotel is a bit old but it’s ok. just the bath tub is a bit blocked.

internet is bad. literally no wifi in the room. stay away if you need wifi to work
