Perfect location to be at the bund in a 5 minute walk and very clean. Really comfortable bed and dark curtains to help you sleep in. Very helpful women at the front desk.

Very clean and bright room, location is superb, close to good restaurants and a very nice area in the city, friendly staff.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times and had many different room typs. I choose this hotel for 2 reasons , location and GYM best GYM in town, in fact they have 2 main and small one, plenty on different equipment only posted one photo but they have a huge variety. Overall I found the associates of the hotel very friendly, also FO and Executive Lounge associates speak good English.

Housekeeping is forgetting small bath staff at times.
