Location was fantastic. Room was comfortable and beds surprisingly comfortable. No problems at all.

-Location is accessible and near Old Town, tourist spots and eating places -Lucerne Station is fairly near and walkable; but we still took Bus 2, 9 or 12 whenever possible. -Electric fan helped a lot with ventilation -The room is comfortable for 2 people and basic necessities are provided during our stay -Room size is ok; we could still open 2 big luggage. -Bed is comfortable -Room is cleaned everyday -Kitchen staff is welcoming -Hot meals at breakfast for some days -Wide shelves in toilet to keep our toiletries

-Since we kept the windows open for cool air to come in, sometimes we could hear sounds from the road. It could be disrupting for light sleepers. -Shower water temperature fluctuates -Breakfast is alright but not too much variety -Got to be extra careful of the sliding glass toilet door and glass shower door -Pillows

The value of money, this is very strategic location, and walking distance to old town vs new town

We arrived after check in hours, picked up our envelope with keycard and it didnt worked. We try to call everyone, but nobody answered. So we have to finde new place to sleep at night (it wasnt cheap) . Only next day morning i reach hotel manenger, he didint belive me, didnt say sorry and I only get money back for one night, out of two.

The f/o staff was very nice and welcoming, and the location is pretty good because its only a 7 minute walk away from the city center.

The amenities were the worst I've ever seen. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and toothpaste. The bathroom door (slide door) didn't fully close and the mirror on the wall reflected the bathroom through the gap in the door which didn't give us enough privacy.

The location was really convenient, with lots of shops nearby. Initially we weren't happy with our room but the issue was sorted really quickly, with no problems at all.

I was disappointed with our first room. The bathroom was very old, I don't think it had been updated in about 30 years. The bath was on 2 levels, one with the shower in your face or the other with the water not hitting you. The shower head was fixed and there was no plug for the bath. The only way to get in and out was the one corner where the shower curtain was fixed. There were no photos of this bathroom or room on the website. There were only 2 sockets next to the bed, not near a mirror so drying my hair even near a mirror was impossible. There were only 2 small yellow lights so the room was very dark. I complained at reception and we were moved to a much nicer room, which was clearly the type of room they'd used for the website photographs and the type of room we believed we were booking.

the rooms weren’t clean, and did not have amenities like a simple kettle and mugs. The bathtub was clogged. however the staff were helpful

the placement of TV is such that it hits the head every time you enter the bathroom specially if you are tall

A friendly welcome in this lovely small hotel. Great location in the Old Town area. Very clean. We had a spacious room, with tea, coffee kettle etc and toiletries. Good towels. Fabulous breakfast. Thank you.

Good location. Friendly staff.

Room very basic and old furniture. Was provided with one single small towel at all. No shampoo or other toiletries at all. Breakfast was okay, but wasn't even ready at the time it was supposed to start, you had to sit there and wait for the staff to keep on completing the tables.
