Location near to Stadthalle and metro. Easy way to the center and to the sights. Great breakfast. Pleasant staff and impeccable service.

Location was quite good, near the city center and railway station

Major issues: - The sound isolation in the rooms is nonexistent. We could hear every single whisper from the corridor, and we were woken up by people passing by, even when they were speaking in a normal semi-quiet tone. - The showers cannot close, and there isn't even a curtain, so after each use, the entire bathroom floor gets flooded. - There is no ventilation in the bathroom, neither gravitational nor mechanical. Minor inconveniences: - The coffee machine in the room was not working at all. After two attempts to use it, it started leaking. The coffee pods were supposed to be replaced daily, but this never happened during our four-day stay. - The curtains on the window were quite small, so light was leaking in from the sides and bottom. - The housekeeping staff woke us up at 8 am on the day of check-out (which is at 11 am). It seems they don't communicate with the reception desk to determine which rooms are already vacant

location, comfortable beds, solid price.

We booked premium room and paid extra cost to get it. when we arrived late at night they gave us room at the rooftop with curved ceiling, small window.One of receptionist could hardly speak english so we decided not to complain as we were tired as well.

Good location - 5 mins to trams and trains. 10 mins into the city on public transport. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Clean and have luggage storage. Would definitely stay again

Although breakfast was until 10:30, some goods weren’t refilled and after 9:30 you couldn’t find croissants or waffles ( when travelling with kids, that’s a problem).
